Dirty mash potatoes for breakfast refusing to serve drink every day demanding tips threatening and bullying behaviour off staff and locals. 7 days of hell . I speak and understand a little bit of Arabic and the things thay say about women and young girls is disgusting. They discriminat against English people it's not a safe hotel. It was sold to me as all inclusive I had to eat out and drink every day. If you think I am kidding about this hotel then try it and find out .faulty towers better run. The restaurant is the dirtiest I have been in , in Egypt . We only give tips for good service that you will not get. The woman on the pool bar is a vile person who constantly refuse drinks spikes your beer with whisky to stop you drinking. Plays on her phone. Please stay away if you value your safety and want a holiday.

Don't go there. You will be very upset. Dirty, old hotel which should be renovated. Noisy old air-condition, bad smell from bathroom, very dirty windows in restaurant etc.
Its was sad that when we come there, very tired at 00:30 o'clock, we didn't have third bed for baby. We have to wait when they will bring it to room. We was there with 3 y.o. boy and we feel sorry about this mess and dirty around us. Swings in playground was dirty from birts pupu, by 7 days no one touch it. My son want to use it but we couldn't all week.
Kids pools are open from 10, closing for break 13-15, and open till 17.... It's sad that is so short compared to another hotels.

Animators was good, friendly and open. Rusty toilet, showers with too small textile shower curtain... Service in reception is not friendly, they ignore you or not if you pay tips...
The most horrible place in restaurant was around coffe machine, no machines, 1 machine! So big hotel and only one coffe machine. People was waiting in long line to get it. Everything around was sticky. There was not enough glasses for juice. They have soft plastic cups next to coffe machine because there is not enough glasses for juice. In drink bars as well. Sad they don't respect environment and buy for example hard plastic cups, charge by deposit for example.
The biggest plus is location, its just in the middle center of Hurghada. If you are lucky you can meet next to reception boss, only he could help us with changing room and move.

Polecam zakupy w GOMLA Market- lokalnym sklepie za normalne ceny z półki. Nie róbcie zakupów na głównej ulicy! Idzie w głąb uliczek, tam są normalne ceny na i wśród SherrySt.
W hotelu królują Rosjanie, muzyka na plaży rosyjska, nad basenem tez... szkoda, że tak mało egipskiej albo Europejskiej bądź światowej zwłaszcza w obecnej sytuacji na świecie...

If I could I would leave 0 stars. My parents (german) stay in the hotel, I (german) live here in Hurghada and wanted to join them with my husband (egyptian) for one day. I didn’t know if its possible so we asked two days before we wanted to come. They say daily use is no problem and me and my husband can come. The day we come I came one hour earlier and they let me inside for the daily use. Once my husband arrived, they say there is no daily use possible after I show them my bracelet they say its full. The beach was completely empty and not even half the rooms busy. When I talked to the manager he told me there is no daily use till after one week. When I show him again that I booked it in the morning he just left. They make us wait for one hour just to leave in the end because they wont let him in. They even had the audacity and wanted to give me only half the money back after I asked for it. As I will of course not leave my husband outside. I don’t understand how you can be open for any people from outside but when people from their own country want to visit, they are “full”. And by the way, from my parents I can tell the food is bad and the one hour I was on the beach around 10 people came and try to sell things without stopping to talk. They even come and touched my mum when she was alone on the beach trying to sell her massage, she said no multiple times but the guy keep touching and massaging her hands without her wanting it. I am really angry on the staff for making such excuses when in the end they are just racist against there own people and just don’t want to let egyptian people inside. unbelievable! dont go there.

sad experience, the room is old and no WiFi! Remember no WiFi on the sea view suites! The laundry says 7 euros on the laundry sheet but charge me 10! When I check out, the reception tries to cheat me and charge me 10 euros and 500 EGB! The food is like a tragedy. Though the location is good and convenient.

I've stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my friends. The hotel, location and rooms was better than i expected but the guy named Ahmed Saeed in the reception was the problem. He tried to rip off me with extra tours and he created problems with my tour guide who just wants to help me. Ahmed was working with another tour company and tried to sell me very expensive services. Also he created an ugly arguement with me and my friends. Waited us in the lobby without any reasons for everytime we need something. The hotel should do something about this guy immediately.
