Stayed here for a week. Service by staff is excellent. Food is good and there is a variety each day. The rooms are a bit outdated and not entirely clean in my view. E.g bathroom was dusty in corners and some dirt on floor. However, most of the areas that were important were clean like toilet, bidet, etc.
Now the issue I had and I said this to the pool staff was the rule of not taking pool loungers before 7am. This was not adhered to. I once came down at 5.30am just because I couldn't sleep one night and thought I'd sleep on any lounger till 7am as this is when you get the towels. When I was laying down, I could see towels on loungers before 7am. On the beach and the pool. The pool staff said these guests don't hand their towels in at the end of the day and keep them so they come down before 7am. The staff don't seem to care about this and feel it's out of their control. So why have the rule in the first place?
There is a pool bar and the staff come round when they can and ask if you want any drinks. Even on the beach.
The general manager (wears blue shirt) is a good role model for how managers should be. He is often seen on the grounds interacting with guests and not just hiding away in his office. Even when we left, he said goodbye by the main door in the lobby. Great manager.
There are a lack of female staff only 3 from my count; guest relations manager, toilet attendant and senior waitress who tends to greet guests as they enter restaurant. The male waiting staff are such hard workers. Shout out to Ali who made us feel so welcomed and was attentive.
This is an adults only hotel and it has a very chilled vibe. Sometimes a bit too chilled for my liking. Most guests are of an older age and for me, they weren't friendly. Mainly French/German guests and British guests.
Overall, would I come back? Probably for a short stay. Despite some issues, overall it was a pleasant stay.

Majority of staff are excellent - really kind and helpful. What is disappointing however is the rooms - very dated. Everything is old, from the furniture to the TV. Location wise, the hotel is fine - provided you have no intention of exploring the area as it is quite far from anything (definitely not walking distance). Overall an OK hotel.

The food is brilliant in the main restaurant, hot and regularly probed to make sure it remains hot too. The staff can’t do enough for you!!! From designs from towels on your bed ( room 1215 ) to bringing you drinks at the pool side. The management are active throughout the hotel and have a hands on approach ( and not shut up in their offices). They are more than approachable and can help with anything. Fabulous hotel with staff that make you feel at home.

The staff are fantastic from the domestic, chefs, waiters, IT, front desk, beach staff, spa team, and photography's. Everyone works so hard to make our experience memorable. This is the second hotel that the manager greets everyone staying in the hotel on a daily basis. Thank you for a fantastic vacation.

The staff can't be faulted, so polite, friendly and they work so hard.
As most all inclusive hotels the food hall had a good choice but we have had better quality food, that said there are other restaurants within the hotel that were lovely and offered table service.
The rooms were large and views good but need updating,I believe the hotel are in the process of doing this.
Speaking to others who re book year after year. We won't be returning.
