We have been to this hotel several times now. Our last visit was booked very last minute and was a really good price for all inclusive. The rooms are fine but we don't like the glass bathrooms. We did request a fully enclosed bathroom which we got. The problem with it though is the shower leaks all over the floor. We had to use the towels all the time to soak up the water!! This has happened on previous stays and never seems to be resolved. You can tell from the flooring it is an on going problem. The food is okay, one evening there was ox tail which looked like bones in a sauce and a pork dish which looked like pigs trotters!!! As others have said the staff are lovely and everywhere is very clean. The hotels position is great and the entertainment seems to have improved. We would probably stay again if we visit Benidorm in the future

Had a lovely time at Port Benidorm. Food great, pool lovely (yes the water was very cold!), excellent location, room beautiful. Didn't like the half glass bathroom door but it wouldn't stop us going back. Entertainment ok. The beds were a bit hard for us. We did ask for mattress toppers and extra pillows but unfortunately they didn't materialize. Overall great hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was our 3rd visit. We love this hotel. It has been consistently good. Food and drinks on offer for all inclusive package is excellent. The fish is particularly good. We don't mind the glass bathroom, as a couple. The showers do leak out into the sink and toilet area, which can be mopped up with a towel. Not ideal, bur also, not a huge problem. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool area is spotless. The entertainment this visit was very good. However, the pillars (so many pillars!) in the bar/entertainment area meant alot of the acts could not be seen or heard properly. The magic act in particular was hard to follow. We tried various seats each night but the vies was always obstructed. Maybe a camera and screen could help? This aside, we always enjoy out week here and will be returning.

We stayed here in February 2024 and were very pleased with the hotel which was clean and comfortable throughout. Staff were without exception friendly, polite and efficient. We had a fabulous view over the bay and it's very close to the seafront. There was a great choice of salads which suits me as a vegetarian. Not all foods were labelled though and this would be helpful please. Otherwise everything was lovely and highly recommended. Thanks to all concerned.

Found the food was only just warm most meals although enough choice for everyone. All Inclusive is not really all inclusive as not lots of drinks options to choose from and the only cocktail available is the cocktail of the day - the rest you have to pay for. No snacks available either except for a small tray of crisps from the pool bar.
