Hotel cleaning is spot on and the food is on a good standard with plenty of choice for everyone. Hotel staff from restaurants, bars and animation are polite and very hardworking, they make your experience 5*. Hotel beach is for me a big highlight, yellow sand with clean sea water.
For family with kids is plenty to do for them with plenty of water slides and animation in the evening for them.
My only points of advice to make it better is ice cream should be available in every bar all around the hotel and the sleeping pillows could be softer because they are very hard.
I definitely will return to this hotel next time in Egypt for a family holiday.

Hello. We had a 7 days stay at this beautiful hotel. We felt excellent, a great hotel with all the facilities. Cleanliness, perfect everywhere, food, excellent and diversified, evening program, and daytime. Clean, maintained, well-groomed beach. The staff was very helpful, and very pleasant. It comes to the aid of the tourist. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. What I would recommend: entering the water, there are a few portions with corals that disturb children. But I was with GIFTUN, which has very good water entry and fine sand in the water, without any pebbles. We had a great time, and we want to come to this hotel again. I recommend it to everyone. Esteem and respect to everyone in the staff, for their dedication and respect to tourists. 🙏🙏🙏

On arrival, we were given a luxurious room with both a pool and sea view. It was very tidy and clean and the beds were comfy. The food was amazing with a huge selection and most of it cooked in front of you. We found the lifeguards very friendly and helpful, always taking the time so say hello to my son. The service cannot be faulted, the waiters work so hard and nothing was too much trouble for them. I don’t think we waited longer than 5 minutes for a drink which is excellent considering the amount of guests. This was true at all restaurants, by the pools and the beach. The facilities at the resort were also great with lots to keep the kids entertained. The brass band were amazing! We will likely be back in the future as we enjoyed it so much.

Excellent resort! Incredibly clean and modern where you feel comfortable staying.
Staff are very attentive and look after you well.
Special shout out to restaurant manager Anwar for going above and beyond. The food range was great with plenty of vegetarian options as well.
Rooms are excellent sizes.
The swimming pools are huge and suitable for all ages, with dedicated kids pools with slides and fountains etc.
Daytime and evening entertainment is lively and plentiful.
Beach is kept clean and sunbeds/loungers are scattered all over so you won't need to fight.
Literally a 5 min drive from the airport and no noise pollution from flying planes.

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel/resort has everything you need for a pleasant vacation. We'll managed with efficient, multilingual caring staff. Very clean rooms include all what you need for a relaxing stay. The hotel has different restaurants with different cuisines where a person can enjoy healthy and tasty meals. Everything was beautiful. The beach side, the courtyards, the Swimming pools etc.
A quiet yet rich surrounding area.
A very good place for solo travelers, couples and families.
