A friend and I stayed here beginning of October and really enjoyed it. Family run hotel. The whole family were lovely and very helpful and love having guests. Restaurant, entertainment, beach were great. €15 for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella. About 10 to 15 minutes walk to Pefkos town, which is a lively resort with great bars and restaurants. Worth a visit.

Visited here for a week recently.
First of all, I wouldn't' recommend this for disabled or very elderly people, far too many stairs / flights for them to cope with and frankly the hill/ramp at the side to access higher than the ground floor is too steep.
We could not fault the cleanliness of this place.
Fresh towels and linen every second day and bins emptied every day, exactly what you want when it's hot.
On to the rooms, basic however one gripe of ours was there were no drawers for storage. Only hangers and 2 small bed side cabinet drawers. We appreciate this might not be a deal breaker for some.
Air conditioning is not included in the holiday price and is extra at €12 per day.
Also not included are beach sun loungers which are €15 per day for x2 or if you'd like to pre book / reserve a specific spot this will cost €20.
Location, this is not in Pefkos, approximately a 10/15 minute walk to the "strip" with no pavement.
There is a bus stop right outside the hotel.
Staff were superb, very friendly, accommodating and personable.
Lovely touch with a freezing cold bottle of water on departure.
Adjoining shop open until very late.

We stayed for 2 weeks and found Palm Bay great. A family run hotel with its own beach within walking distance of town at a very reasonable price.
The staff were all superb and price's in the bar were very reasonable.
Our first room wasn't great but there was no trouble in being moved and no moodiness at all. Nice clean pool area and a small private beach with extremely comfortable sunbeds. Highly recommended.

OMG. We have just returned from a last minute break to the Palm Bay. We had previously passed 3 months earlier and had lunch there. So when this hotel popped up, we knew the area. Pool, rooms, restaurant and beach are spotless. The staff are constantly cleaning and our sheets and room tidied every other day. The owners went above and beyond to assist us and even bought my wife a present and card for her birthday. Don't be put off with the road outside, as you don't notice the traffic. Beach is very sandy and safe too. Its a 5-8 minute walk into the very busy Pefkos town centre with loads of bars and restaurants... We don't normally return to a hotel/apartments, however we will 100% return....

Overlooking the sea, very comfortable modern rooms, staff ultra friendly and helpful. One bit of advice would be to take up the breakfast option at €8 a day. For that you have continental or English breakfast, toast, tea and orange juice. Buy this separately and it will cost 11 to 12. In weather such as we had, the air con, although extra, is a must.
