Enjoyed our stay in a two-bedroom townhouse. I would very much prefer duvets on the bed instead of topsheet and blanket. Air-con in the bedrooms. Washing machine in the kitchen. The wifi is often 'connected without internet ' but changing the MAC type on the phone each time fixes that. There's a bar and they also do food. Pool is good . Super and mini markets in the vicinity. The resort and area seems to cater mostly to older British families.

Update from after we left the hotel:
The place almost ruined our vacation.
- It's extremely noisy - we had a busy road and a parking which was being renovated even on Sundays from one side of the apartment and a hotel restaurant with loud parties until midnight from the other side. Loud music around swimming pool during the day as well. Lots of noise day and night.
- Insects in the apartment - as soon as we left any food on a table or a dirty plate in the sink it was covered by tiny ants in 3-5 min.
- They have parking advertised everywhere but in reality it's just a street parking which the hotel doesn't control. It was hard to park the car and the only help from the hotel was 'there is a street where you may find a space but it's a 10-min walk'.
- No airconditioning in the sitting room, only a fan. If you're hot during the day, you need to stay in a bedroom.
- Management was not interested at all in helping guests: we were told no to all our questions (help to park the car, help to change to a quieter apartment, if we could get a bed topper to cover the hole between 2 single mattresses, etc). No to everything we asked.
- It's not a hotel in the first place, it's a timesharing resort.
Original review:
Quite poor communication skills of the reception staff. We arrived yesterday got an apartment next to a road and a few restaurants with loud music until midnight. When I asked the reception if they can move us they handled it quite poorly.
1. You’re not supposed to interrupt a client 5 seconds after they start talking and then 5 times more. You listen.
2. You’re not supposed to just say “I can’t help, you’re going to hear the music anyway, you should’ve booked a place in the mountains” when a client says they couldn’t sleep for the last night. And it was the Head of Reception (Javier)!
3. You’re not supposed to make the client responsible to solve the issue. I was told first that I need to come to the reception every 1-2 days to ask for cancellations because they can’t remember everyone’s requests (whaaaat?). Then I was told to contact the reservations team (again myself!) if I wanted and see what they can do. I wonder what the management exists for in this case…
Overall nobody seems to be interested in helping in any way… The manager Dulce was nice and promised to help us if she could but both receptionists (Rachel (?) and Javier… really bad. Quite upset. Not easy to enjoy your vacation when you can’t sleep and the staff just not interested and says “What did you expect from booking in a tourist area?”. It’s rude.
The apartment itself is good, clean and well-equipped.

Just arrived and to be honnest even if the appartment is nice, the view is disappointing. For 900€ a week we were expecting better. Also the bath is missing.

We love las Rosas and have been here for many occasions. The new bar and restaurant have been wonderful looking after my gluten free diet requirements. Staff have taken the time to check for me and reassure me (anyone who is celiac will relate). Not everything on the menu can be adapted - but they still have a choice for me on their daytime and evening menu.

Avoid apartment #10. It is right next to a noisy bar. Also, the space next to the apartment was full of construction waste which made the views somewhat unpleasant (would be very easy to fix).
Otherwise the resort was clean, the service was attentative, and the apartment was well equipped. Also, our kids liked the pool area a lot.
