My husband and I can't say enough good comments about our experience at this resort. First, very clean at all times. Very comfortable in that there is an air conditioner in the living room and the bedroom. Our bed was just a bit too hard for us on night one but they provided a mattress topper when asked and it made all the difference. The restaurant on site has very fun and friendly staff (Rozario y Enrich) and the food was VERY good! Now for the story.....I had a medical emergency while on our holiday and ended up with major surgery and an 8-day stay in the local hospital ( BTW, would highly recommend Hospital Muro!) We had to extend our stay by 5 days and they were very accommodating and let us stay in the same room. The staff (Esperanza y other desk staff) was so sweet in every possible way. My husband came to the hospital daily to spend the day with me and they would call him a taxi upon leaving and then ask him how I was doing upon his return. They understood the traumatic situation and extended our wifi for us and also extended our check-out time by 4 hours just so I would have a comfortable place to lay my head until the airport transfer came to pick us up at 2:45 pm. All the staff were just amazing, kind, responsive, and sympathetic. The ONLY thing that I would change about this resort is to pick it up, along with all the staff, and put it directly on the BEACH! ;-)

Hotel is outdated and the cleaning service (for check in) is not up to par with expectations. Rooms are spacious, but beds are old and very noisy and squeaky. Bathrooms are old, and the shower is so small you can barely fit (had a deluxe duplex). Tvs are small, overall, i think some investment is due. One thing i had never experienced is a hotel charging for utilities upon check in! Please include this in the price, it makes the experience seem odd.

The rooms are nice and spacious with great balconies unfortunately the food completely ruined our stay. It's most likely the worse hotel dinner I've ever had. Don't waste your money on half board option, there is nothing fresh or local to eat. Being in Spain and not even having a fresh apple for breakfast is really a joke. Also there is not even a water to drink for free for dinner. We ended up eating out almost everyday because it was not eatable. (adding a picture of something that was served there, still not sure what it was) The apartments were also cleaned once a week and they didn't even swiped the floor. The location is so so, you can smell the dirty lake from the balcony.

Rooms are good for the price. The breakfast buffet is probably the worst I have experienced in later years. Without notice the opening hours of the pool was reduced. Overall not a great experience, but the rooms where ok.

I stayed here as a solo traveler and this was definitely NOT a good place for solo travelers, too quiet. It is however, to give it its dues, a great place for families. Nice apartment style accommodation, activities for children, good restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The reception staff were kind and helpful and the place seemed to be regularly cleaned. Apartments have an oven, microwave, washing machine (with detergent provided) and fridge freezer. Mine had a universal (UK plug compatible) power socket too by the TV which was a nice touch.
