It is really great place to stay in. Note that you are 100 km away from Marsa Alam which might affect all the trips you want to do regarding the time and the price but the hotel itself is showing alot of care to foreigners more than Egyptians. We had to talk and show that we are not happy so they could take care of us. The service is amazing, food is so delicious, activities are great, the service people are so sweet, rooms are big and pools asks you to spend more time

"During my first visit to Marsa Alam, the Novotel Marsa Alam team and management made it a memorable experience. From the courteous General Manager Eduard, Rooms Division Manager Mohamed, and receptionist Mahmoud, to the food and beverage team across all outlets, including the bar, and the amazing chefs in the main restaurant—everyone contributed to our wonderful stay. The animation team and bellman, also named Mahmoud, added to the enjoyment. During our stay, we celebrated my wife’s birthday, which turned out to be more enjoyable than ever before, thanks to an amazing dinner and a surprise birthday cake. Furthermore, when a guest requested a belly dancer, the management and animation team promptly arranged for one. I would highly recommend this amazing property to anyone wanting to have a memorable stay in Egypt, particularly in Marsa Alam."

I stayed at Novotel for 1 week, I have very much enjoyed my stay, the rooms were clean and well attended to. The food was good and with enough variety. I agree that the access to the sea isn’t the best in the area, but nonetheless the water is beautiful. Some great recognition though goes to Doaa at the spa, I enjoyed some lovely massages with her, and to Bahi at reception, who’s been incredibly helpful sorting out promptly my requests! Thank you for a relaxing stay!

We returned yesterday after a week-long stay at your hotel in Egypt. Overall, the experience was positive: the food was delicious, and the reefs with fish were magnificent. The rooms were sufficiently clean, but it was odd to find the absence of a toilet brush in the bathroom.The hotel overall is in need of renovation, with rusty plumbing, mold in the bathroom, and our door lock broke, preventing us from accessing our room. The reception staff was friendly and promptly checked us in. The service in the restaurant, bar, and the overall attitude of the waiters, bartenders, and chefs were excellent. I would like to express my gratitude to the DJs for creating a great atmosphere. However, the animation program left something to be desired. Some animators displayed unprofessionalism and rudeness, especially the host who sometimes crossed the line with her jokes. I particularly want to mention one female animator with curly dark hair; her behavior was provocative and inappropriate. During one of the shows, this animator wore an excessively short dress, exposing herself in an uncomfortable position and revealing her undergarments, which shocked us and other guests. Furthermore, she attempted to provoke conflict by directing unclear laughs and jokes towards me. I hope that the management will take measures to prevent such incidents in the future and will train their staff in professional and respectful guest interactions.

wonderful hotel. The food is excellent in Jamaica. The DJ is excellent. The internet service is excellent. We will come again because the hotel provided all the services for us as guests.
