Such a beautiful resort, incredibly family friendly. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded & had a pool right on our terrace. The food is delicious too but above all, the staff made our experience - Valentino especially! Everyone was so kind & willing to help in any way that they could. We will definitely aim to visit here again in the future.

One of the best places I've ever been to, rooms were spot on, service was spot on, Beautiful location, went for 5 days but just wanted to stay.
Went all inclusive.
Food was great, cocktails were all made at bar properly.
Beach Close by with hotel bar and food included and bus down to it came with it.
You could get a bus into the town for 1.80 euros.
On site shops
Went on a girls holiday but suitable for children to and entertainment and kids slide etc.
Can't praise or recommend this holiday enough.
Would definitely go back.

Lovely room, beautiful mountain back drop but stairs to room a bit steep. Food nice and plentiful. Staff very polite and attentive. Location is a bit isolated if you like to go for walks but there is a frequent bus service to Kardamena and Kos town. Sea was beautiful, beach shingle but fine. Great amenities on the beach. All in all would highly recommend and would go again.

I went on Kos in a half of October. Weather was still fantastic 27-28°C. Resort is nice maintained. Very clean and looked after. Cleaning service in rooms every day. Restaurant in main building spacious with very nice view. Food amazing, always fresh. Lots of local cuisine but also more European. Staff in resort very friendly, hard working and always smiling. Beach around 7min walk down from Villa. Sun lounges and parasols available with no additional fee. Also drink and snack bar available on the beach and very clean toilets.

Just coming to the end of our 10 day holiday here and no one wants to leave. Undoubtedly like other reviews state the hard working, professional and friendly staff make this hotel have more of a 5 star ⭐️ feel.
Some one commented on food being repetitive, I find this hard to understand as each night they have something different to try. Every single all inclusive hotel by definition will have some food repeated each day. If you don’t want this pay a lot more for a hotel with a la carte restaurants. It’s extremely good value, exceptionally clean and beautiful location.
I can not quite believe, Iv just seen a ridiculous review stating “I’d rather spend 2 weeks in a prison” 🙄 than this beautiful hotel. Please ignore this nonsense and I suggest that the reviewer seeks some professional therapy and has a happier more balanced out look on life going forward.
Yes some pools are salt water but if it is an issue, you have the option of 2 other pools or just wear goggles! There is no reason for you to “have your eyes burn out “🙈😂🙄. Maybe some people just like to find problems and misery where ever they go. However as a family we are definitely not this way inclined and just feel extremely grateful to have experienced a holiday at this wonderful hotel and feel so thankful to every single hard working staff member!
Special thanks to the crepe man Michael- this was probably my favourite food. Try the savoury crepes 🤤, you won’t regret it! Also the food on the beach is delicious and fresh.
Overall a great holiday and lots of happy memories made. This hotel has everything you need for a family fun packed holiday, stunning beach with crystal clear water, water slides to keep the children entertained, beautiful pools with breathtaking views, great drinks / food and the best staff, arguably in the world 🥰.Thank you all so much, for making our holiday special 💖.
