This hotel is style over substance. The main areas look good and are maintained, to an extent. where as the rooms have too many issues. We booked a double room and they gave us a single. The bedding and towels are very rough. The showers are intermittently hot. Most days it was just luke warm. House keeping is non existent. They made the beds and that was it. Cups and plates that guests left around the seating areas and pool were left until morning. Good selection of food and drinks at the buffet . The 'English' style food isn't very tasty but its not the worst food.

This hotel is not suitable for people with mobility issues. It was a 10-minute walk from our room to the restaurant, which included two ramps. We were all inclusive but my husband could only make it to breakfast twice, and evening meal twice. He was so exhausted after the walk there. Wheelchairs are £5 per day, but my husband is much heavier than me and I couldn't have pushed him up the ramps.

The location of the hotel by the cliffs is really nice, instead of looking into the back of some random hotel.
The food is a bit below expectations.
Drinks usually only has one ice cube, unless you insist on more.
If you are looking to some peace and quiet, this IS NOT THE RIGHT OPTION, unless you get a room in building D, which is also the newest.
Music is playing loudly from around 10 in the morning until short of midnight. From 10 to evening time music in upbeat versions are played NON-STOP!
If you are roomed in building C, which is facing the big pool area, be prepared to have music blasted into your room in that time period. We find it REALLY frustrating and stressfull! - fortunately the hotel was kind to move us into another, much nicer room in Building D.
Great service!

Hotel is beautifully located, sits at the bottom of a mountain, 300m from a beach. Trees growing from a side of a mountain looks stunning, feels like they might fall on your head. Bar in a cave is a great touch as well.
Hotel itself in not as advertised though. Rooms are very small - for a family holiday (2+1) standard room is way too small. You could clearly see that extra bed doesn't belong. We tried to discuss it with hotel, but we were told all the rooms are the same, and family room is almost twice as much.
Room is very poorly equipped, no kettle or a bin in the room. Two small wardrobes barely enough for 3 people. Safe is tiny, and it cost 3£/night. Lights are placed above your head when you sleep, there isn't any in the ceiling. Altogether room feels like converted storage room.
On a plus side it is quite clean, and when we asked for extra blankets or towels we got them asap. Shower pressure can leave you bruised, never seen anything like it. WiFi is very good, you can actually stream stuff.

Firstly, I was shown to what was laughingly called my accommodation for my 2 week stay. I had paid for a room with a balcony and land views. The room I was given reeked of stale cigarettes, looked like it was last decorated in the 1980s and appeared to be a converted store room. It was situated in a dark passage next to the doctor's practice, room 5009 on the ground floor at the back of the site. I arrived at 2300 hours, when it was obviously dark. Next morning, I drew back the curtains to see the windows covered by security grilles, no balcony, and the side of the surrounding hill no more than a foot from the window. I had a lot of personal things to take care of in Içmeler so the following day, I went to reception to complain to ask for a room change as it was clearly not what I had paid for. The rude English lady on reception asked why it had taken me so long to complain !!!. Fortunately the guest relations lady and the manager arranged for me to move to a far better room which offered what I should have had in the first place. The next day, an item was taken from my room by housekeeping, and despite my complaints, nothing was done about it, I just kept being given excuses, obviously, with the intention of stretching it until I disappeared and went home. This room was also dated but not as bad, although there was bad mould in the shower. The food was adequate but nothing special, so I ate out frequently. The hotel is owned by Russians, I believe, and their Russian customers seem to get preferential treatment. It is cheap for a reason, and I will certainly never go to that hotel again, although I am revisiting Içmeler next year but staying at the far superior Faros hotel. If you want a cheap family holiday with foam parties and disco's, this is for you, but not for me. It is worth noting that there do not seem to be any responses from management to reviews given, which is quite telling. And a word of advice to the owners if they do actually read this, try spending some of your money on the hotel and accommodation instead of high end cars !!!!!!
