Here's a corrected version of your language:Well, for the first time, I'm going to leave a comment. Firstly, I'm not accustomed to this type of "industrial" hotel. I typically opt for high-end hotels on the island, such as Six Senses Ibiza, or very charming, authentic boutique hotels like Los Enamorados or Salvia. I chose this one while I was debating between it and the new Mondrian hotel because the view looked amazing, and to be honest, the price was very attractive: 3 nights in a suite with a sea view for 680 euros. So, I'm now waiting for the invoice at the check-out, and here is my feedback.
What was good:
1. Upgrade to their new "The Level" side, apparently better than the other "old" side.
2. The view from the room (not a suite anymore due to the upgrade): lovely, facing the sea and the coast.
3. Breakfast: the quality of the food is excellent with fresh fruits and a selection of eggs in a nice area.
4. The building is new, so all amenities are very clean, including a pool on the roof with another amazing view.
What was NOT good
1. I literally had to wait at each step: 1 hour to get my room ready, with someone telling me every 10 minutes that it will be ready soon.
2. Very slow wifi, so I had to use my hotspot to work for 3 days - don't go there if you have to work.
3. The Chromecast on the TV was not working, so I could not watch any movies from my room the entire stay, and the hotel did not manage to fix it.
4. I had to wait an hour at breakfast to get my food... it is the opening of the hotel so it could explain, but still, no management skills here, the next waiters/waitresses are struggling with nobody helping them with basic hospitality rules.
5. The gym is old and dark - better going for a run outside, to be honest.Of course, I asked for a late check-out, which was not possible, and while I'm writing, it is 1:30 pm, and I'm still waiting for my room invoice that I asked for 20 minutes ago...
So, the overall experience was not catastrophic but average, and I won't go there again. However, if you don't have to work and are on the island to party, it could be a good compromise. On their "The Level" side, they always have free snacks and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages displayed. So, if your budget is not so big and you care about the view and the nice pool but not about the service, then go for it.

I had lovely stay here, with a delicious breakfast and good selection of fruit, meat, veggies, cereals and lots more. Although they do need to change the location of the egg station as the queue blocks access to everything. But a good breakfast bone the less. The 2 ground floor pools are lovely with one in some shade if you want out of the sun. The best pool to relax at is the rooftop pool, small but great views. The room was nice with a great sea view but the bed was very hard. I would definitely stay again.

Perfectly located at the far end of the promenade (opposite end to the river inlet), it's a 5-10 minute walk from the marina with many bars and restaurants.
Our room was a large sea-view a huge super-king size bed facing the view, and a double balcony with double day-bed overlooking the bay. Fully air-conditioning, big screen TV, his 'n' hers sinks a massive shower!
Those rooms, with large patio doors opening onto the balcony almost directly face the sunrise too.
The hotel is immaculate, with great facilities and lots of different outside spaces on different levels to relax and/or sunbathe.
If you're looking for a hotel with a traditional restaurant, such as if you're staying half board, this probably isn't ideal as 'The Kitchen' is a food-hall/cruise ship-style buffet. Not our thing at all, and a little disappointing if I'm honest, so we didn't use it. That said, the same location is used for breakfast, and the selection of foods/styles is beyond expectations and better than most hotels I've stayed in.
The roof terrace and bar is absolutely stunning. A very chilled, large open space that's only accessible to residents as your room key is required to access the roof in the two lifts. Views are amazing, sunbeds/loungers and day beds are fabulous, high quality (no plastic!) and the pool is excellent. Music is played all day too. Open from 11am to 9pm.
I think Melia has created a fabulous space that's perfect for discerning adults who appreciate quality, attention to detail and excellent service.
Highly recommended.

Staff informative and happy to help if you have a concern. All you have to do is ask.
Special shout out to Mikel and Ali. You made out holiday special. The hotel is clean and very well presented in all areas. Our room was faultlessly made and tidied, daily. Location is fab with wonderful grounds, all beautifully tended. The only downside was the temperature of the food. Anything fried was like warm, limp and soggy. Meat and fish was generally overcooked. But every cloud has a silver lining...everything from fruits, breads, cheeses, salads etc was really lovely with lots of variation. You can always find something really lovely to eat. We will definitely be returning. This hotel is slightly off the main drag of Santa Eulalia but it is a pleasant, short walk to get to everything.

I have to say a few things here since just giving a five star isn't enough. I loved my experience here I found it super relaxing and therapeutic. Its a hotel for people that like nature and tranquility. The hotel space is very open and blends in to the nature very well. It has a very nice rooftop. And a magic dinner buffet. You can not miss it. There is live music, view to the sea, trees, greenery, not to mention the amazing variety and quality of the food buffet. I'd love to have stayed longer. And would definitely come again. Thank you so much for creating such an amazing place.
