Good hotel with nice service, the staff are always warm and welcoming, room cleaned daily and the food is decent with different theme each day! The location with the beach is a plus too. would come back again for sure!

We had all inclusive stay. The service in the restaurant was very good. The food was good- plenty of options. They also have all day bar on the pool with snacks, juice and fruits. Tap water had very bad taste so we had to buy it. Kids had pastas daily so easy to make them happy.
Rooms were cleaned daily- very satisfied. I would have liked the toilet to have newer plastic supports- they were too used. They only offered a liquid soap (hand and body) no shampoo or other fancier items. Hair drier is available in the room.
They offered pool/beach towels that could be changed anytime.
They have animation programs in french during the day and evening.
The beach is clean with fine sand. It’s pool was also clean. They have kids small pool perfect for little ones. Sun-beds are sufficient.

The hotel met our expectations, the advantages include: friendly staff, Mr. Vasilis is the king 🙂 Varied selection for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Friendly staff at the reception, I appreciate the great willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. Rooms maintained daily, clean, welcome bottle of local wine + bowl of fruit. Hotel by the beach. Plenty of sunbeds on the beach + by the pool. It is a short walk to the next village, there are shops, restaurants and services for exploring Crete. Water sports by the hotel. The hotel offers massages. For improvement - the menu at the day bar by the pool could be granita, frappe, iced coffee, fruit... Thank you for the great service and nice environment during our vacation

The hotel is really great. First of all, its location in the most beautiful region of Crete.
The beach is perfect. It is wide and sandy, with lots of sunbeds and the shore is comfortable for children and people with disabilities.
Secondly, what makes this hotel great is its staff. People who work there are very friendly, helpful and smiley. I am very grateful to Dimitra, Sofia, Maria, Alex, Max and others for making my stay so enjoyable.
The food was delicious. Every day we had something new. You will always find something for children and people who are on diet. The restaurant is big and clean.
The room is not so big, but very cosy. Room service is very thorough and provided every day.
We would like to return here once again. Recommend this hotel for people who are looking for mostly peaceful rest.

Just returned from this hotel, August 2022, this is a great hotel kept very clean and well looked after with friendly staff, this hotel is very much orientated towards French guests, kids club is all French a lot of the info displayed is French, this is nothing against the hotel as it is a fantastic place just maybe not for English we were the only English speakes there for the full 2 weeks, we booked through Thomas Cook so maybe they should provide more info about the hotel and it being a French destination.
Just to reiterate great hotel and location.
