Went for mini honeymoon, requested evening candle lit dinner by the sea, it went above my expectations.
Service was great all round by all staff
View was very nice of the mountains of the neighbouring mainland.
We didn’t know what to expect as it is a less known part of Greece but we were very impressed.

Beautiful resort with everything needed. The hotel has everything needed from the smallest to the oldest.
I especially like the corner for the smallest where children can hang out and have fun. Great selection of food, the staff is super polite and friendly, any recommendation

Kassandra Palace is a slice of heaven. I have visited twice and have visited all over Greece and this is my favourite destination.
It is the one place I truly feel relaxed and rested.
The food is incredible!!
The pool is stunning and so clean.
The beach is beautiful!!
The hotel guest relations manager is just wonderful and is so personal. She is a joy to speak to.
Thank you for such a wonderful stay everytime. I have recently booked my parents to come for 10 nights in September. They cannot wait.

Don’t be fooled by the website pics…
Odd priorities mean you’ll be rudely reprimanded by a restaurant manageress for trying to take your cup of coffee outside after dinner, but a father and son having a football kick-about in the lobby area is acceptable, and it’s normal for front-desk staff to verbally abuse their junior colleagues – such is life at Cassandra Palace.
The majority of guests are large families from countries north of Greece’s borders. If hordes of noisy, boisterous children and their aggressive parents, none of whom have any concept of personal space, are not your idea of fun, then you should avoid Cassandra Place.
Main restaurant: managers are experts at rictus grins and ooze insincerity, with the exception of Despina who was courteous, diligent and efficient. Food is plentiful but bland, apart from the once-weekly ‘Greek night’, and the table staff (aka uni students on summer break) do their cheerful best.
Onsite independently-owned general shop is useful, prices are fair and the owner is helpful.
The gym is tiny, often crowded, the equipment belongs in a museum and never functions 100%. Indoor pool is great, and mostly empty.
The hotel’s beach is also great but also alarmingly crowded and noisy – ditto the main outdoor pool.
In short, this is *not* a hotel for couples or parents with demure children.
