Absolutely beautiful hotel,reception staff are second to none, excetionally clean, staff very helpful always with a smile,the rooms are lovely beds very comfy cleaner is lovely ,food is absolutely delicious with large varieties and change daily,and the staff are very professional and attentive, only problem which is a health and safety issue is having the door open when eating with the night winds isnt pleasant and brings the temperature of the dood down,and please check the chicken a few of us had chicken raw in the middle which can be dangerous ‼️ celebrated my friends birthday where they really did make sure we had a cake and a wonderful dinner,desserts are moorish 🤤pool area is fantastic and being an only adult hotel this was the ultimate relaxing holiday, absolutely wonderful would stay again and recommend it if you want a break from the kids,also wheelchair accessible.close to the shops s and a 3 min walk to the beach.,,only one niggle is when people are eating keep the door closed as its really windy at night and causes your food to get cold instantly

I have read other reviews on this hotel and disagree with quite a few people. From the moment we checked in, right up until our last day the staff were exceptionally tentative, friendly and helpful. 1st class all the way. The room we had was more than adequate and cleaned daily, with no issues at all. Fresh towels every day, the toilet bin emptied, bed made and room cleaned. The pool and outside dining area were also spotlessly clean, with more than enough sunloungers to go round. Again, the staff were great here especially Sammy, who never stop and made a point of trying to remember what his guests were drinking. We also made used of rhe spa facilities within the hotel for the Turkish bath. This was exceptional, what a great way to end out last day, highly recommend. The food was good, always more than enough choice at all times and again, staff were great. A good choice of alcoholic and soft drinks were available throughout the day as well as water in the room, which could be requested from reception when finished. The location to the beach was superb and local transport. The only reason, I have not given it 5 stars was due the the excessive noise from the Irish bar that the hotel looks onto. It was unbearable at times, with the odd fight thrown in and a car smashed up. No reflection on the hotel and their team, sometimes you can't help who your neighbours are. Overall thank you fir a lovely stay.

We had a good experience at ADA JULIAN overall. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional, the room was cleaned to a good standard and the food was decent (except for the meat, they can’t seem to cook chicken or turkey properly, always comes out dry). In terms of the desserts, the oven baked cheesecake and the baklavas are divine. Spa facilities are excellent. The hotel is located right next to the beach. Unfortunately it has a trashy Irish bar right opposite that plays horrendous music well into the night, so if your room is facing that way, you won’t be able to go to sleep earlier than 1am. Which brings me to my next point… … some of the clients this hotel seems to attract are the absolute worst. Druggies who trash hotel rooms, sing loudly at 3am, bump into furniture and argue with their partners until the early hours of the morning. Serves us right for choosing Marmaris, I guess. There is a neighbouring little cove called Turunç which seems like a much better option if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday. This was a very cheap all-inclusive deal for us, so none of the downsides were bad enough to impact our experience. If you want a cheap, sunshine getaway, in a hotel with polite and attentive staff, it’s great - just don’t expect 5* cuisine or to get to sleep before 1am. If that’s what you need, you probably shouldn’t be looking at Marmaris.

Great hotel Location is great, your a minute walk away from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants! Very good staff, so friendly and helpful Sammy from bar staff is great, so friendly he made our holiday extra special, going out of his way to bring drinks to us etc The drink selection is spot on, plenty of choice with all sorts of cocktails etc, recommend the Ada special The food is generally good for an all inclusive There’s sun-loungers and a nice cold pool, in a perfect spot with the sun shining on them from 9am-4pm There is no entertainment at night but we tend to get a few drinks from the hotel then head on out to the bars, plenty entertainment there I recommend getting a wifi box from ben at Hek Tour, a 2 min walk away

This hotel isn't for people who want to spend all their holiday in the hotel, there isn't any night entertainment or really any night time atmosphere but the rooms are great, service is fantastic with the staff trying to stop you from actually doing anything other than relaxing and the location is great with the hotel having it's own section on the beach with beds. Other reviews have moaned about the Irish bar or busy street but once the doors are closed (which they have to be for air-con to kick in) you can't here any noise really.
