Really nice staff!!!! Other hotels should learn of them, super attentive and helpful.
Went to enjoy a Hotelbreak breakfast spa and Massage, Toni is a wonderful therapist will come surely only for Toni!
About breakfast as good as it gets, chef doing some omelets and pancakes wonderfully, buffet pretty good if you are on a budget. The only thing worth mentioning for us is hot chocolate was way better that coffee... Last one tastes not particularly good if you are a good quality coffee person. Regina, our waitress was super sweet.
Spa accepts children in a restricted schedule from 11 to 12 mornings ( If we remember well) so as spa is tiny I would recommend not to go on that hours because most children will not be able to be in silence. Bring your own flip flops, hat, and towel. Showers were ok! Spa everything worked and when children left it was a proper place. Everything is clean, and the outdoor pool wonderful.Thank you reception team.

We had a comfortable stay in a good equiped appartment room with sea view. The staff was nice and helpful to us.
The outdoor pool for swimming is very nice, but the gym is a bit small and poorly equiped.
Food is good overall.
The TV was a smart TV, but Netflix could not be used, which surprised me a bit. It should be no problem to get that working.
Sadly, the Sauna did not work when we were there.

This was our first visit to The Ivory Playa, and to Mallorca.
We had a wonderful holiday at The Ivory Playa. Everything was perfect, apart from maybe the weather at the time of year visited.
All of the staff were brilliant, very polite, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spot on, and very clean. The sea view was amazing. And the food was so so good.
We were on a cycling holiday, and in our opinion, the location was just right.
We have loved our stay so much, we have had the best holiday.
We will definitely be back, just can't wait. Thank you.

Perfect for families with small kids.
Everything about this hotel is kid friendly and that made our stay really enjoyable with a 2,5 yo. The apartment was great with a separate bedroom and a living room + kitchenette, perfect for day naps and cooking snaks or quick meals for our toddler. The kitchenette is well equipped. Balcony with some sea view. Rooms are a bit dated, but very functional and considering the price it's a good quality to price ratio. Bathroom is more modern. The hotel is not front row to the beach, but it only takes 5 min to get there and that was very convenient too. Alcudia/Moro beach is very suitable for families and toddlers. There's a supermarket 5 min walk, free street parking in front of the hotel, bus stop nearby and a lake/park across the street, perfect for evening stroller walks. We had half board, the food was great, varied, tasty. They have baby seats and boosters and kids cutlery at the restaurant.
The only thing I didn't like was the night entertainment, that lasts until 23 00 and is quite loud. If you get a sea view room you also get a loud music show until 23 00 every day. We were lucky our toddler fell asleep regardless of the noise. The rooms with lake view are facing the road, so not sure if they are quieter. The staff is very nice and tries to help (they offered to chage the room when possible, if the noise was a problem, but we managed ok and didn't do the change). Kids pool is nice and in shadow, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. The adult pools were big and great for swimming. We loved our stay and would recommend to families with small kids.

Hotel is well located close to the beach and main shopping street. It offers nicely furbished rooms with comfy beds, friendly staff and decent food offer. Only one negative is the noise from the night shows that ends around 10 pm which is not best when you travel with kids or you want to enjoy some tranquility.
