DON‘T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!
One guy working there is called ALKIS, he pretends to be part of the management team and says he is the owner of the Annex. Alkis actually works as the driver and sometimes behind the bar where he *spiked our drink with drugs*. Because of him we ended up in hospital.
Don’t believe a word he is saying and please be careful!
We later found out Alkis is well known for spiking in Kavos and he got into conflicts with the local police several times.

Worst holiday resort I’ve visited. Upon arrival we were escorted from the hotel to slums nearby (away from the main resort shown on most pictures). We were presented with a wander of bugs, dirty sheets, smashed glass and no hot water for the duration of our stay.
‘Self catering’ was the phrase sold to us but a kettle and two cups does not quantify ‘self catering’. No pots, pans, glasses, cutlery- Nothing!
Want to sit by the pool? That’s extra.
Want to sit on the beach? That’s extra.
10 euros for a lounger is just a rip off.
Staff are the opposite of helpful and blatantly told us ‘No, no, no’ when we asked for more toilet roll, towels and sheets. Speaking to the owner resulted in aggressive responses and the deflection of every question asked with lies or just ‘you should expect this’
No solution was given to any of our complaints and blame was just passed around to each other and finally placed on a cleaner that has no say in the actual debate- very unprofessional.
Cannot believe I was silly enough to pay for this place. Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT come here on holiday- save your money.

Rooms extremely poor. Not the same as rooms in pictures if you book annex rooms. Search sailors beach for a more accurate photo of accommodation as this is where we were actually staying despite it seeming to be a separate resort. We believe that there was bed bugs as myself and my girlfriend are still itching a week after coming home (bites are spreading so we have to seek medical attention). Room smelled horrible, especially bathroom. Pool is nice but bar is very expensive for drinks. There’s an additional €1 charge if you pay by card. We were not informed of this until our second day after already making multiple transactions. AC was not included although it is listed as a top facility of the resort on love holidays. Very noisy at night due to loud music from surrounding nightclubs. Room not cleaned to a good standard. Most days cleaners just emptied the bin and did nothing else. Towels were replaced once during our seven day holiday. Sheets also changed only once even though we had brought sand onto them by accident. Sink leaked and when I checked underneath the PVC pipes were not connected to each other correctly. This caused a flood which I had to dry with towels (our towels were not replaced after this).

Rooms were not the same as the pictures. We were downgraded from 3 star rooms to 2 star rooms which were a good walk away from the pool. Arrived last at night and the daytime staff had the key for the air conditioning even though they knew we were coming. Had to argue with staff to get the key as rooms were roasting hot. Beds were like park benches and bathroom smelled horrible. Couldn’t even shower in our room as it was disgusting and had no hot water. Rooms where not cleaned and no clean towels/sheets were given all week

Resort was nice, pool area leads to bar which is beside the beach. We booked a self catering superior studio apartment. A fridge, travel kettle, 2 cups and a spoon is all we got. That's not self catering! A/C barely worked, ants in the room. It will do for teenagers on their first holiday with friends but do not expect much!
