Had a lovely stay here in one of the superior rooms. Great location, close to the tram station and bus stops. A short walk to the city. Our room (505) was spacious and well equipped. Thank you to the team members who serviced this on a daily basis. The bed was very comfy. There wide range of food and drinks available for breakfast were all delicious and set us up for the day. Visited the bar for drinks on a few occasions. Francisco T was attentive, warm and welcoming. Thank you Franc. The only niggle we had during our stay was the behaviour of the youths who were staying to compete in sailing competitions. They were noisy in corridors, knocking on and slamming room doors. They left their breakfast tables in an awful state every morning. The team member who did most of the table clearing did a great job. Thank you to her. We appreciate their behaviour was not the responsibility of the hotel so it would be unfair to downgrade our experience. However, it might be helpful for Hotel Maya to ask those responsible for groups visiting in the future and individual group members to be more considerate of staff and other visitors.

We found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly, the room was great and it was cleaned daily. The breakfast we had was lovely with a good choice for all. We were on the ninth floor and it was very quiet at night time. It was a nice steady walk into town and the beach, all in all we had a great few days.

AMAZING RECEPTIONISTS. Nice selection of self service breakfast buffet options. The Blanket wasn't really my type but I never said anything so it's not the hotels fault. It has a nice view and a good location. They also gave me a packed breakfast ready for 3.30am! I could be back again soon 😄

We spent two nights here with our dog. What a fantastic hotel right next to Santa Barbara Castle. 10 minutes walk to MARQ museum. 25 minutes walk to the centre. The rooms were spacious with a lovely balcony and views of the castle. we were in room 605 on the pet floor. The breakfast was very good with a variety of dishes, and there were tables set out for people who had brought their dogs, so our dog came down to breakfast with us. We parked on site, which cost 10 euros a day and is well worth it. There was a bar which served drink and food until 11 pm and we enjoyed two meals there. The hotel was very clean and the staff were great. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you were travelling with your furry family we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is clean. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. The receptionists spoke good English. We were allowed to check earlier, especially having left the UK overnight. This gave us a much needed rest.
