Spent a week here at Easter. Friendly hotel from moment arrived. Reception was a breeze. Rooms modern clean spacious. Restaurant went all inclusive not biggest selection I've had but always found something to eat. Pool area spotless sunbeds new. Because very early season pool cold but sure high season under heat will be warmer. Location 100m if that from beautiful beach. Its a small hotel almost like a boutique. Every member of staff friendly from Reception waiters/waitresses bar staff cleaning and maintenance staff. Would definitely book again if travelling back to sa coma. And would not hesitate in recommending if you want a relaxed low key hotel .

The hotel was spotless and staff were friendly and helpful. The beds are the best I have ever slept on. Pool was quiet and no need to rush out to save beds etc. There was entertainment which was a little repetitive, especially the guy from Cuba but it was better than silence. Food was only area for development. Nothing seemed to go together, it was luke warm and same things over and over again. We had the same desserts for 4 nights.
Special mention to hotel manager. I don't think he ever slept! He was always on hand and the real face of this hotel

The only plus point of the hotel is the proximity to the public beach.
The food is close to the canteen in quality. The hotel manager is rude to the customers. I heard him talking to guests and it was very unpleasant to see. He should not work in hotels.
The receptionist Katya seems nice but she can't make any decision and asks everything from the manager.
The rooms do not look like the pictures of the hotel.

The hotel is located in a picturesque location, 200 m from the sea. The hotel has a small compact area with two small pools. It is quiet and cozy here. The staff is attentive, always smiling, ready to help in any situation. The rooms are excellent, spacious enough, renovated, beautiful design. The equipment is new, everything works. Cleaning is perfect, daily. Food at the highest level! Very tasty, diverse. Drinks are local, but not bad. The sea and beaches here are fabulous!

Nice & central for the shops & bars. The restaurant was very unorganised with cereals at one end & bowls at the other side. You went to get a cup of tea again unorganised with only 2 machines. By the time you sat down, the meal was cold. Staff very friendly & polite..
One of the cleaners was very ignorant & made you feel very uncomfortable if you were in the room with her. Reception staff couldn't do enough for you, very helpful & very polite. The manager was great and always had time for the guests. Making sure you were happy.
