Myself and my family stayed at Habitat for two weeks and absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. I got the impression the staff genuinely enjoyed working there with each other. If felt family run which I like. I have given 4 stars for the room because some of the fixtures and fittings were a little dated, and it was a bit dusty in places and the bathroom could do with a bit of TLC but other than that the beds were comfortable and we had all we needed. Sheets and towels were changed regularely. The grounds were minimalist in keeping with the aesthetic and the grass was beautiful. Like walking on a cloud. The pool was clean and nice. I gave 4 stars for the location simply because it is a bit of a walk in the heat to the beach but taxis are relatively cheap though hard to come by recently it would seem. If I were staying without my children the location would be fine as we would take a slow walk down to the town so I maybe I should give my children 4 stars for making the location seem further than it was by their moaning lol. There are two restaurants across the road and one has a pool. The food there is not the best and Habitat does only bar snacks. If Habitat did food I think it would make the hotel absolutely perfect. We would stay again Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Perfect place to stay in Port de pollenca. Loved that we were situated at the bottom for, easy for young kids. The pool was great. The place was clean. Min point is the two single beds that is uncomfortable for a couple. Also the shower curtain isn't the best as the bathroom would be flooded with water after showering. The wifi sucks if more people are using it at the same time. I liked that there was free parking, secured area. Room for your clothes and your own kitchen appliances. U can walk to the supermarket, the port and the beach.

15 minute walk to beach or town centre or easy bus in. Apartments serviced every two days and helpful staff. Room was large with two bedrooms plus sofa beds in lounge. Great little drying area at the back of the apartment alongside a large balcony over looking one of the two pools. Good cafe/bar available, alongside a well stocked mini market across the road plus larger supermarket ten minutes walk away. Quiet place with good mix of nationalities, great self catering option. Would go again happily.

It's located a little bit outside Puerto de Pollensa, but still within walking distance from the town / beach. Also some noise from traffic but almost nothing during the night! Nice and friendly staff, some speak English very well, others just a little. Apartment is nice and clean, good beds and shower! A bit run down, but a lot cheaper than other places we've stayed here. I would rather live cheap and have more money to spend so it's fine by me. ☺️ Two swimming pools and 1 kiddie pool, bar and a mini market on site. Bigger store and 2 restaurants just across the road. All in all, a nice stay for me and my husband an my father.
