We have stayed at this hotel Several times and love it. The one and only improvement the hotel needs is entertainment. There are many different areas to the hotel and pool areas. Kids pool with water park, family pool, quiet relaxing pool. It would have been Fantastic to have some afternoon entertainment in the family pool area. It was very quiet all day other than morning exercise which had very few participants. We’ve stayed in other hotels which have had live music mid afternoon around the pool bar areas and this made a great atmosphere. Unfortunately this isn’t the case at the Victoria. Evening entertainment is exactly the same. There’s a bit of kids entertainment but after that very little. The hotel lobby has a pianist or a a solo artist quietly singing depressing songs. The outdoor area has a stage that is crying out for a tribute act or live band on an evening but is sat empty. The hotel is amazing and we keep coming back but it would be great to have entertainment on site and not have to go out and find it. Hotel bang opposite has great entertainment and you can hear it every evening.

We’re just back from our third trip to GF Victoria and we have had a great time. My daughter has also had a great time and the animation team are all fantastic! They really are great with the children. The whole staff team at the hotel are great from reception staff to cleaning staff, restaurant staff and day bar staff - faultless! I would recommend the premium or harmony suites if that’s possible because you do get more space in the room. Overall a beautiful hotel and we will be back next year. Thank you team GF Victoria 🙌🙌

Great hotel in a great location however the entertainment programme needs a serious review. We have visited the hotel quite a few times and at different times of the year (high season/low season) however the evening entertainment never gets any better. The hotel is in silence with no atmosphere by 10.30pm most evenings, which sadly leaves guests no option but to leave the hotel to seek some atmosphere elsewhere, they are on holiday after all . The hotel lobby usually has a singer or pianist playing to no more than a handful of people which seems a huge waste, the children’s disco is usually in the tiny room downstairs but only caters to very young children (also the duration is not long enough). The main evening entertainment for families starts too early and finishes too early, the majority of people are still at dinner at this time. It would be great to offer more lively entertainment/music for the whole Family to enjoy as per the neighbouring hotels. The teen room is always completely empty with numerous staff being paid to run it, again a waste of money and resource… this room would work better if the entertainment was increased as guests would be more inclined to stay at the hotel instead of venturing out and therefore there would naturally be more children/teen guests on site with parents.

Monica, Lucia and the rest of the kids club team were truly superb!! This is the first holiday where our son has wanted to go to kids club again and again. The service was always fantastic, anything we needed help with we were quickly seen to. The breakfast was wonderful too and concierge staff so helpful. We’ve already booked to come back! Thank you to everyone at GF Victoria :)

Visited October 2023 and had the most relaxing time. This was our first visit and the hotel, staff and experiences catered to our every need. Our daughter (almost 2 at the time) thoroughly enjoyed the splash pool and it was nice to interchange between there and the family pool. Amenities in the room exceeded our expectations with a mini kitchenette which was particularly helpful being that we had a young child with us. Thank you to the staff at GF Victoria, we had a fantastic trip, left feeling very relaxed and have just rebooked for October 2024!
