The resort was quiet, never overcrowded. The staff were polite and helpful.
Pool area was always clean and tidy.
Rooms were plenty big enough and all the balconies seemed to overlook the pool and entertainment area.
10 minute walk to the beach so nice and close, shops nearby and a nice restaurant literally around the corner if you fancied going out instead of staying in resort.
Food was decent and lots of options.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Lovely and relaxing pool - very quiet and no issues getting a sun bed even late in the afternoon there were still beds. Everything is very clean. Nice breakfast. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Only tiny issue we had was the hair dryer broke however this was fixed straight away! I saw a few reviews about air con not being very good but ours was actually so good! Kept us nice and cool in the heat. Overall we had an absolutely fantastic stay and will come back. Thank you!!

We had a lovely stay here. After reading some reviews I was a bit sceptical. However could not have been happier. Staff are lovely, our room was perfect with a lovely view of the pool area, great entertainment but not in your face or loud if you want peace, pool area was fab with lots of sun beds. We only ate breakfasts which were plentiful, lots of choice and delicious.
We loved walking to the beach or to Alcudia and to find the many local great restaurants for dinner. Would love to stay there again one day.

Really enjoyed our stay here, very laid back and we paid a bargain price through Easyjet Holidays. However, we were offered a room upgrade on arrival for €90, which we took.
We were there in the last week of the season so things were winding down but the staff were very helpful and attentive. The entertainment guy Kuba was such a nice guy and although we weren't around for the entertainment, apart from our first night, he always made a point of coming and taking to us when he saw us.
The pool was chilly as expected for October but large and useable, no fighting for sunbeds here, there are plenty!

We travel quite a bit and typically use hotels once a month. I chose this hotel because of its 4-star rating, good reviews, and pet-friendly policy.
Before our arrival, I requested a room farthest from the common areas because we are aware that our dog is sensitive to noises. Upon arrival, I confirmed this request with the hotel, and the receptionist assured us that it would be accommodated. However, we were given the most pedestrian room possible, right next to a busy hallway where everyone passed by. There was no sound insulation, resulting in a sleepless night for us.
We then requested a different room, and the hotel offered us a room that was moldy (see attached photos). The smell was unpleasant and potentially harmful to our health. Finally, we were provided with another room, but it still did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.
We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel staff, who made our stay more pleasant!
During check-out, a staff member at the reception asked my friend if everything was okay, and she honestly mentioned the sewage smell in her room, which she found unacceptable. In response, she received the comment, "But what do you expect? This is an old hotel." I find such comments from hotel staff to be inappropriate.
Furthermore, another comment was made, "It's the end of the season, and we won't make as much effort since there are fewer guests." There is a fundamental principle in the service industry - every customer wants to feel special, regardless of what happens behind the scenes. This lack of professionalism is concerning.
Additionally, our room was not cleaned on the 27th, and the breakfast on both the 27th and 28th was subpar compared to previous days, yet the price remained the same. The level of service should not deteriorate in this manner.
Overall, it was one of our worst hotel experiences, and we were disappointed given our expectations based on the hotel's rating and reviews.
