we had a wonderful 9 days at this hotel. We were very pleased with the service and cleanliness. A large beautiful area, BUT there was one minus. During the whole time we didn’t see a single English-speaking tourist, which made our daughter very upset. 90% of guests were Spanish , the remaining 10% were Germans. Entertainment program/Kids club is all in Spanish. We probably arrived at such a time, but otherwise the holiday was great

Beautiful hotel with access to the beach and has all the facilities you need. We enjoyed our time there and managed to get enough rest and sun like we intended. The food was good; some days better than the other but they had enough options for everyone every single day. In the main restaurant during dinner/breakfast, the service was amazing. Hard working people with smile on their face. They were kind, thoughtful and helped us when we couldn't get a table or cutlery. Housekeeping service was fantastic as well. Rooms were clean and serviced everyday. But at the bar, people were not always friendly. Felt like they were short staffed most of the time which created a bit of stressful environment when there was a long queue. I remember on one particular day when they closed the Sofiato bar 15 minutes before 6 o'clock. The girl who removed us from the queue was outright rude and inconsiderate. The premises were very clean and so was the pool. Great job from everyone maintaining it to its highest standards. Although, the tiles in the pool of adult section were coming off, we still spent the majority of the time there. Other pools were much more newer but there it was peaceful and was also equipped with wellness/sauna. We do however think the Turkish sauna needs newness. Overall, we had a lovely time and in general, the hospitality was amazing. Just a suggestion: Please label food properly. Just mentioning variety of yoghurt or salads or dessert doesn't do it. It will massively help people with allergies and/or pregnancy. My wife is pregnant and most of the days we had to guess if there was raw fishes in salad.

Lovely place to stay with family. We enjoyed every minute in those beautiful hotel! The food was good but I think it should be less to choose but a bit better quality. Swimming pools were amazing, especially in the evening on sunset.

Went with all-inclusive package in January. The hotel is not too busy off-season and it's great. We were at the "Esencia" part of the hotel, and it's much less crowded and much calmer. Really nice. The room was okay, we didn't spend much time there. We had problems with the water in the bathroom about half the time. The food again is pretty good for a buffet, but a lot of stuff was hit and miss. Desserts were particularly bad in general with the rare exception. There was a very distinct smell of vomit at multiple spots in the hotel. It's very weird and wouldn't go away. The view and location of the hotel are just amazing.

We had a great experience staying in this hotel. The food was excellent and it was variety of food. I reserved a room with ocean view and although at checkin I mentioned that I am here for celebrating my birthday, so please give me one of your best available ocean views, but the room was the most far away room from the ocean!! 🙃 Also we were all inclusive but at bar we could just have some drinks from national brands not all. I also love mini disco at nights for the kids, it was absolutely amazing! Anyways, we had a nice experience there!
