The welcome bestowed upon us at Eliros Mare was nothing short of heartwarming. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property, we knew that we were in for an extraordinary experience. Our stay was booked for a lavish two weeks, and we were eager to indulge in all that this luxurious destination had to offer. As a family of five, we had the pleasure of residing in two of the most spacious and opulent rooms available - room 146 and 150. Our requests were met with the utmost attention to detail, and we were delighted to find that one room was equipped with three single beds, while the other boasted a grand double bed. Although there was an abundance of activities available throughout the day, we found ourselves venturing out to explore the surrounding area, leaving us with little time to indulge in the hotel's offerings. Our half-board package included breakfast and dinner, and we were delighted to find that each meal was a culinary masterpiece, with a different menu presented to us each day. We were so enamored with the food that we found ourselves overindulging, resulting in a few extra pounds gained during our stay. We can confidently say that Eliros Mare is the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in, and we will undoubtedly return in the future. We extend our sincerest gratitude to the entire staff, from the diligent cleaners to the skilled bartenders, the talented entertainers, and the welcoming reception team. We even had the pleasure of meeting the manager at a champagne party, which was a delightful touch. Eliros Mare is a newly renovated hotel with an authentic atmosphere. The furniture and decorations were chosen with elevated and distinctive sense of style, creating an artistic and unique experience. The staff is extremely polite, friendly and helpful. In case of even the slightest problem, they are there for you to find the solution at the earliest. At the same time, the animation team prepares different activities throughout the day to keep the guests entertained and active, including the little ones. The last but not least, there is a main restaurant, pool bar and a beach bistro. Everyone can choose from a variety of the offered local and international meals, too. I spent an extremely enjoyable time there and absolutely recommend choosing Eliros Mare hotel for your next vacation.

We stayed here for 7 nights. Overall our experience was great and we did have a nice stay. But we also found there were a few things that could be improved. Staff Reception and restaurant staff were all very friendly especially Hazel, she couldn't do enough for us. She knew my son had an egg allergy so she always made sure there was a special portion of food for him every night. Although there was an issue once with the restaurant staff, she sorted it out for us right away. Christina at the pool bar was great and my son loved her. We did find the staff at the beach bar wasn't as friendly and welcoming. When we first arrived the bar, no one explained how the snacks worked and basically those snacks were left over from the breakfast and they were not fresh. They served lunch between 12-3pm at the beach bar if you want fresh food, don't miss the time frame. We did enjoy having lunch there with a seaview. The buffet at the main restaurant was very good, especially dinner. Every night was different. We did all inclusive and you are allowed to take drinks and food away so it was a bonus as we could enjoy them in our room if we couldn't stay out. Room We booked a superior beach front sea view room for 4 people on Expedia. We requested a free upgrade as we saw other reviews but we were offered an upgrade for a pool room for extra 80 euros a night, but the pool was actually very small. Not only the room was meant to be for 2 people and there was hardly any view so we didn't go ahead. We did feel the manager was quite eager to sell the room though. The interesting part was our seaview room. The room and the view were both very nice. However, the stage was located right in front of our room and they had entertainment every night except Thursday. The music was actually VERY loud all the way til 11pm. You could hear even if we closed the windows. As we had our little toddler, this was really not ideal for us. But we wanted a sea view room so we had to compromise for that. Appearently all seaview rooms had the same problem. If we knew this was the case, we might not have booked this hotel. Also I asked to refill the toiletry items 3 times but it was never filled even until we checked out. Facilities There was a main pool in the hotel and it's very nice and clean. Having the pool bar there was very relaxing. The beach is just near by. Unfortunately the pool was very cold during the first week of October so we didn't use it much. Sun beds were available some days but you can't avoid people occupying the beds with towels. Mini club There was also a mini club for children which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Sadly my child didn't get much out of it. The girl who took care of the children, she seemed to only focus on children over 3 years old. And the club facilities was very poor, there was hardly anything to play with for the young children. The mini pool was nice, but there was not much to it. If the hotel wanted to attract different types of families, they should really invest more. We ended up going to the playground in the hotel next door, my child loved it. They also did mini disco in the evening at 8:45pm. Again, we found our child was excluded. The girl only focused on the older children and she never paid attention to the little ones. There was another toddler and parent like us, we played and danced with our own children as they were not included in the dance. This was really the major downside I found about the hotel. Special note If you have young children just starting to walk, be sure to hold them tight. The stone pavement in the hotel looked nice however it's not friendly for young children. My 18 months old was very eager to walk and there was no stopping him so unfortunately he fell quite a few times with quite a few bad cut and graze. I see why the hotel has such a good review if you are adults without children or with older children. This is such a mix feeling for us. We might return when our child is much older as generally hotel is nice for a vacation.

We chose Eliros Mare for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. Our room was gorgeous and so clean, and this remained a constant throughout, we can't speak highly enough of housekeeping. The whole hotel and grounds were fantastic. The grounds staff keep the place looking so beautiful it was a treat walking around it every day. Speaking of the staff, I cannot praise all of them highly enough. They went out of their way to help us when we needed a late checkout. It meant our last day there was so relaxed and we didn't have to worry about losing a day at the beach to travel. The food is delicious and the best buffet food my husband and I have ever had. There is something for everyone and we never found it too manic when getting our meals. The restaurant staff are also fantastic, very helpful and genuinely so nice! The beach is stunning. It is kept nice and clean and the hotel's sun lounger area is the best on the beach! No need to reserve a lounger as there are plenty! The whole setup is great! There are members of staff called Animators. They were there for guest entertainment and the kids club. I couldn't get over them, so friendly and nice and helpful. They ran the entertainment sections of the day such as stretching, aqua aerobics and the evening program. There's no pressure to join in but if you do it's a great time. We were so sad to leave, it was truly a special wonderful time. It's just a shame I can only give 5 stars because this place is 100/100 for us.

In the middle of no where with little to no amenities. We are arrived, pleasantly we were greeted with a drink. The glass however was dirty. The start of many relatable issues. We were walked through dark hallways to the room. Which had unpleasant smell of drains. The room was fine. However dirty dressing gowns and the reek of drains, emphasis the sub optimal standard . We ventured to the beach (the best part of the hotel)with no complimentary snacks after travelling .We were offered an old sandwich in dry bread. For almost £3000 it’s disappointing and quite frankly unacceptable. As friendly as the staff were there was a massive disconnect from their management who sit elsewhere. Despite complaining on the first night we were forced to pay 4nights. Another disappointment. Awful customer relations, and terrible. do not recommend, it was anything but relaxing or accommodating.
