The room we were given was very nice, way at the end of the hotel on the 3rd floor very big terrace, balcony and room. Always clean, except for Sunday's when they don't clean. My partner was given a free bottle of cava and some cake for his birthday, which we really appreciated (thank you!). The live shows, karaoke and events were all very dead. There were a fair amount of people at the hotel, but maybe not enough for it to be lively. Half of the facilities advertised were not available which was upsetting, we were very much looking forward to the spa and massages. Only one pool opened, however, this could have been because it wasn't a very busy month. The buffet food selection was very sparse, a lot of beige foods and cheap cut meats. It seemed like the meats from the previous nights were jazzed up and made into different meals the following evenings. Purely the food alone will stop us from returning to this hotel. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Any problems they were eager to assist. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends or family. However, if you are looking for a cheap stay with nice rooms and not bothered about going all inclusive for the food this might be your place. I would not rate this hotel 4 stars. 3 stars at most.

We spent 9 wonderful days in the hotel, the location of which is perfect. Our junior suite was spacious, our bed was very comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We got all the help at the reception. There is a large space around the pool, there are many sunbeds, so everyone can comfortably fit. Special thanks to the wonderful staff who work so hard to make the guests feel good! Everyone is nice, helpful and friendly. Thank you for everything!

Nice hotel though a little dated in parts. Food was OK though not very warm, quite a bit of variety. Snack bar wasn't great burgers, hot dogs pizza and salads every day. Drinks not bad. Staff were nice and friendly. Always keeping bar and food areas clean and tidy as was communal areas. Our room was cleaned everyday except Sunday. Beds very comfortable. For us as an older couple the hotel is a little too far away from things being uphill too so wouldn't return

Yes, the hotel is a walk from the beach on an incline, which I would not call a hill. That's what you pay for if you want peace. Food is well prepared and fresh, it's a three star hotel that has the most kindest friendliest of staff. The prior reviews about being unclean I could not support these, everywhere we went in hotel was clean. Cockroaches are seasonal, and the cleanest of places can be plaqued in parts. It doesn't necessarily mean dirty. I did find many holiday makers hygiene rabbits disgusting by the pool and would urge management to keep food at tables around pool area and not allow by sunbeds and to have no smoking areas by the pool and certain floors to have no smoking balconies Highly recommend kids pool

On the first day of the holiday at this all inclusive hotel, I woke up out of the blue at 3am to be sick. This continued every 10/15minutes for a solid 8 hours. I was so unwell that I became dehydrated along with a high temperature. I was so unwell with aches and pains all over my body. I even started hallucinating and it looked like the wallpaper was moving. It was a horrible, scary experience. I reported it twice to reception. The receptionist was very adamant that I would see a doctor that THEY would find me. They seemed very reluctant for me to find my own. The doctor came, gave me an injection in my bum and prescribed two lots of medication (one of which I had already sourced from the chemist.) I am 100percent certain that it was food poisoning as I’d eaten some very questionable tuna steak earlier in the day. The medical team at my bank insurance seemed certain also however it was clear that the hotel was covering this up. It was classic textbook symptoms of food poisoning (and not gastroenteritis) which was suggested by the doctor (that THEY had found). I contacted Love Holidays straight away and they asked for proof of food poisoning however (conveniently 👀) when I contacted the medical centre/doctors (after collecting a stool sample), they told me that there isn’t a test that can prove this. I went thorough every single correct procedure that I possibly could. I took images of my temperature/sickness and Diarrhea as evidence. I took pictures of myself with the medication. I was unwell for 4 days (so almost half of our whole holiday). We ended up spending in excess of £1000 eating out as a family (after I started feeling better) as I couldn’t face going back into the restaurant! I felt sick even thinking about the food. My husband said it was inedible yet he usually eats everything! I was also advised to take photos around the hotel of the other hazards I had encountered. I have other more “personal, graphic photos” but don’t think it’s suitable to place online. These have been sent to the hotel/Love Holidays. -There was an exposed nail in the children’s room. -I found my daughter playing with a rusty nail that had come loose in the bathroom. There were deep cuts all along the kitchen surfaces in the apartment which hadn’t been repaired. I spoke to others who had also had bad experiences at the hotel. On the last night I saw a woman who was voicing to her child to “try and make it to the room to be sick”. To top off an already horrendous experience… we went on an all day excursion from 11-8pm on our penultimate day. When we arrived back, we walked down the slope to our room to find that staff had gone in, made beds etc but had left our door wide open! The hotel room/apartment was on the ground floor opposite the children’s pool and park so our belongings had been exposed to the other guests all day! I reported again to the hotel who said they would look into it. I then had to chase it the day we left only to be told “the maintenance people deny it” I couldn’t believe it! If you report anything at all they immediately deny it. They take no accountability for their actions at all and just shrug it off. This has been reflected in their responses to other guest reviews. The accommodation is not fit for purpose in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They have broken several rules around health and safety. I think we absolutely should be entitled to our money back plus additional compensation for what the hotel has put us through however this has not of yet been offered. I have been tempted to contact uk newspapers because If I can save one more family from the absolute hell of this hotel then that would be amazing.
