The bungalows are very clean and comfortable. We used the air conditioning system, which was a life line as it was too hot. But no TV remote which you have to hire. That's a new one for me. Lovely pool however it was only open 10-5.30pm.
Staff very friendly and polite.
The area was not patrolled as people where very loud coming back from the bar which woke us up.
Biggest down fall is It is too isolated as it is miles from the beach/shops/restaurants. Yes a shuttle bus but only 3 times a day and nothing to see or do in the area therefore we used taxis.
Rules set were not enforced around the pool as people still reserved seats while people used inflatables in the pool & did not put rubbish in the bin.
No entertainment in the evening sun-thurs.
Perhaps open the pool 9-7pm so people can have a swim if they want. Be more strict & enforce the rules.
OK if you want a sun and beer holiday. But I prefer to do things and sightseeing.

Just had a lovely week's stay at Caybeach Princess. The rooms and the whole establishment are immaculately clean, with staff constantly working hard maintaining the high standards.
All the staff are friendly and welcoming and nothing seems too much trouble for any of them.
We did go self catering but had the option to pay and eat at the hotel. We had breakfast a few mornings which was lovely and very good value for money.
The location is a little out of the way but we were aware of this on booking. Public transport around the area is brilliant!
My only little criticism was the lack of evening entertainment. There was entertainment on 3 nights out of the 7 which was brilliant but would have been better if something on every night.
Thank you to all the staff for a lovely holiday 😊

Rooms lovely and spacious. Comfy beds everything you need in room. Great big pool area.
Downside are many : bar closed at 10pm not to make a noise after this time, no music at pool or inflatables. Pool only open between 10 30 - 5.30. Nothing to do in area. Bought breakfast one morning and would not rate it. Lifeguard not a nice guy if your enjoying yourself he put a stop to that. Would not recommend unless you want a very quiet nothing to do holiday and lights out at 10pm

Clean and well laid out, reception staff, bar staff and shop keeper are all lovely and very helpful. Pool area is exceptionally clean, staff put in a huge effort daily to keep it that way.
Negatives - it's far too quiet and strict for children, should be adults only really.
No inflatables in the pool, despite the pools being empty! Lack of entertainment during the day/evening for children.
Food was fine, drinks are good (although not cheap compatible to local bars)
Externally to the grounds, there are very few street lights outwith... taxis are a must!
I'd recommend to older couples, not to families.

Overall good stay. Bungalow was not completely cleaned (lot of dust under the beds).
Good restaurant, food and personnel (big thank to Carlos who was always friendly and supporting).
Swimming pools too cold. Would be good to warm them up a bit. Temperature given did not make sense (one day 24, the other day 20!). Lifeguards not nice. Never say hello.
Kids club not reliable. Some days was closed although it was supposed to be open.
Around 25 minutes by foot to the Dunes and sea. Easy walk to go.
Supermarket in the hotel very convenient and fair prices.
