Had a one week stay with all inclusive. Food was good, a bit repetitive, but with many choices and some variations to each meal. Nothing to complain about the room but gave a four since our bed had a tendency to split, being two single beds put together on wheels. But staff helped so it stayed still at least, but as a couple i hoped for a double bed. But clean, with cleaners being professional and helpful. As it goes to the rest of the staff which made the experience awesome. They all put their best effort to make people enjoy their stay, helpful and friendly. Good location with 15 min walk from old town. My next stay ill probably chose them again. A solid five star overall.

Arrived a day late due to cancelled ferry and needed to add a extra day for our return date and the lovely Rania who is always smiling helped us to get a good price as we had lost a day.
Our room was always clean with fresh towels etc with very friendly staff the restaurant area was very efficient with a great team of very friendly people and nothing was too much trouble if you needed help with anything and the bar was again had the most friendly and helpful team of smiling people.Our return ferry again cancelled and with help from Debbie at reception she came to our rescue with a room.
This was our first time in Rhodes so the friendly helpful smiling staff made this holiday special with good food and drink a nice bed at a good value for money price and will be returning again as its the ideal positioned Hotel. WELL DONE & a big THANK YOU.

If you want a posh hostel this is your place otherwise it’s a two star! Firstly some positives - room clean and fresh towels daily. Location good as ten minute walk to old and new town. That’s it! Negatives- food poor quality, very little choice and hot food is luke warm. Alcohol poor quality. Receptionist on our arrival provided little info such as how to get pool towels, where our room was, no maps or bus timetables, that there was a shower and luggage room.
Pool outside is surrounded by walls so little sun, no sun lounges only soft chairs so sun bathing is not great! Pool closes at 18:30! Our bedroom overlooked a crumbled wall!! Honestly I would never visit or recommend at all!! We skipped lunch and evening meal and ate out as it was so bad! We walked down to the beach every day instead. A lot more pleasant.

The rooms were clean and well kept. Fresh towels each day was a lovely addition. The wardrobe space could be better ( for longer clothing).
Staff are definitely an asset to the hotel. In particular George the Barman and Rania in reception. They all make you so welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Rooms were clean, food was fabulous and staff went over and above to make us comfortable. Shout out especially to Rania who helped us with room swap! Thank you, really hope to return!
