This was booked last minute £360 each all inclusive and was great value for money. The room was good and cleaned every 2 days with fresh towels. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun beds. The all inclusive drinks were fine and run from 10.30 am to 11 p.m. The food was OK and what do people expect for such a cheap holiday? There is a 15 minute walk up a hill from the old town but it's only 3.50 euros in a taxi. Would definitely return for a last minute cheeky holiday.

I've read lots of bad reviews. Excellent value for money, first rooms are bright, spacious and very clean. I usually find all beds in canaries so uncomfortable the beds in our apartment had thick mattresses and very comfortable. Rooms been cleaned every 2 days which is more than needed in my opinion, water pressure from shower excellent, rooms are not modern and lavish but if your looking for good price and don't mind walking uphill or a cheap taxi back then go for it. All inclusive for us was worth it, food seems to be repetitive for about 2 days same things on different rotations but I found something so far every meal that I've enjoyed, if you've got fussy ppl this might be a problem but if you are not fussy there is pasta and salads and fish every day.
Last but not least I did not find staff rude as some reviews say, I actually found them exceptional. From when we arrived we got here with 15min for dinner to end, said take bands now eat before check in, guys on the bar are absolutely amazing also, all credit to them. The amount of people moaning that you pay a euro for a cup, you pay it for the day keep returning your cup and you get free drinks all day or week as long as you have a cup drinks free. I found a lot of guests to be quite rude and arrogant almost looking down on staff, rolling eyes and if I was bar staff I would of given attitude back but they are professional and very decent so nice to us but I guess if your going to give attitude you deserve it back
On the whole understand your booking 3 star, my experience for the 3 star was brilliant worth every penny and more than we paid and would not hesitate coming back, that said if my son was with us he is autistic and fussy we probably wouldn't do all inclusive with him but for me and partner or friends I would come again in a heartbeat and for longer next time
Location wasn't long walk to old town or harbour 10/15min, new town prob good half hour and walks home longer as uphill but again taxi cheap
Bonus for us we were right beside an extra pool nice and quiet

Excellent service, Jesus at reception helped me greatly as I had lost my phone in the taxi who took me there and helped me get it back (thank you!!).
Apartments are independent, they get cleaned every 2 days including beddings and towels changed. Food is not the top but there's quite a variety of choices and you always find something good. Staff very helpful and friendly.
There are facilities for those who have already checked out which I was very grateful for - not the best kept shower but it was a blessing as my flight was in the evening so I could still go for a swim and leave my luggage in the storage.
Overall it's not a 5 star hotel but it is still great for a stay and to enjoy a nice holiday at a good price.

Worst accommodation in the canary Islands, avoid at all costs. On arrival reception was unwelcoming not very nice. Went to the apartment and it was so outdated it. Hole in the sofa bed, ridiculous, no kettle, no fan, no toaster, no microwave, old towels that needed to go in the bin, there was strings on them, not enough pillows and blankets, asked for a 3rd blanket the first day on arriving as there was 3 beds and 2 blankets didn't get it until the 9th day along with an extra pillow. Next issue was deposits for everything, since there was no kettle asked for one which was €18 deposit and didn't even work, need €10 deposit for a second key, need €1 deposit for every glass of drink you get from the bar. Next issue was cleaness, cleaners hardly never came when they did you wouldn't know they were here. During my 10 day stay they didn't even empty the bin once. Other apartments lucky not min had bed bugs because the place never gets clean. Even the main toilets that anybody can use didn't have toilet paper when I told reception about toilet paper they were very rude when i was trying to be helpful, and there was no way to dry your hands. Some of the sunbeds were fility you wouldn't want to lay on them without a towel, they were actually black from dirt needed to be thrown out. Don't go all-inclusive the food was no where near adequate wouldn't even give it to the pets tasted disgusting, I tried breakfast, launch and dinner twice was feeling sick after it. The drinks were awful the beer disgusting the cocktails came out of a dispenser and tasted terrible but at lest the bartender was nice the only person working there that was. HIGHLIGHTS BED BUGS, FOOD DISGUSTING, RUDE STAFF, OUTDATED FURNITURE AND APARTMENT, DON'T GO ALL-INCLUSIVE, DIRTY APARTMENTS

A great holiday in November 🌞 excellent sea views and Sunsets from our balcony, good pool and rooftop sunbathing area. Rooms basic but adequate, good shower pressure (but poor toilet flushing pressure), hairdryer ok, towels and bedding changed if sign left on door ... extra blanket provided on request .. thank you! Short walk to old town and beaches. Good on street parking, edge of town, so roads quieter with easy access to explore the island. Food decent, nice scrambled egg at breakfast, nice paella at dinner. Most staff very friendly and nice; one odd man on reception at the end, refused to return our 1euro cup deposit, it's only a euro, so not going to spoil our experience, but was really weird and a bit rude.
