Not our best holiday, so glad we hired a car as we spent most of our time away from the hotel. Some of the rooms are nice but we moved and to be fair the room we moved to was not much better than the 1st one offered to us. The food is poor quality lots of if it and lots of choice but badly prepared. The alcohol served is the cheapest possible and all the cocktails are just premixed bottles with cheap alcohol poured in. We ate out a lot even though we were all Inclusive. We continously had to ask for our room to be cleaned and one of the cleaning supervisors was not very happy and had a rant at us whilst waving her clipboard in our face, couldn't understand a word she said not English or Greek but very rude and angry. We brought all of this up with the manager but she is also very rude and told us the food and drink is cheap quality to keep the price down. You cannot even purchase any better quality drink as they do not stock it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I feel extremely sorry for some of the staff as some are very helpful and are obviously only trying to do their job. My advice do not book here.

This hotel is brilliantly located. Staff are really lovely. Rooms cleaned every day. Food is probably the best All inclusive we have been too. Book the A la carte Greek restaurant food top notch simply fantastic 👌 Burger A la carte was also very good. Private beach with with loungers umbrella massive plus too. 3 bars -Evening bar, pool bar and beach bar. All these staff work so hard. Shout out to socrates and Team in the evening bar. Maids work so hard. Water can be replenished every day. Litre bottles. May only negative is you have to tip the maid to get Extra tea and coffee for the rooms. Or you can get tea bags and milks from the bars ! As we are a couple that certainly need tea and coffee in the mornings. Would totally recommend this hotel for singles, couples and families.

Very average hotel, I cannot rate this highly because of several points. The food on offer was like 90s school dinners, chips, burgers plain pasta all very beige so great if you like bland tasteless food. All very repetitive and the same food just placed in different areas of the food hall. The same drink can taste different on each order depending on who serves you and which bar you order from. Some were not drinkable and had to be poured away. Luckily this was all inclusive so I didn’t feel so bad. The a la carte restaurants were a let down, I get better service in Nando’s than I did there.
The receptionists speak little English and found it hard to understand myself and my partner on several occasions.
Evening entertainment was terrible, if any. I ended up going out of the resort in the evenings as there was better nightlife and food in Faliraki which is a 20 minute walk away.
The pools are a very good size and plenty of sunbeds. The hotel is also on the beach with free sunbeds on offer. It is walking distance from the local water park.
I would recommend getting a massage outside of the resort as they charge more than London prices in the resort. (Also depending on where you say you are from in the world they give you a higher quote).
Overall, just an average hotel. I wouldn’t go back as there are much better hotels and service around.
