The staff were kind, rooms were very good.
The food needs lot of options especially for veg/vegan. The menus were repeated daily and that didn't give the good experience with food. Otherwise, overall the hotel was very good. My kids were enjoyed being in the kids club. There were some good events happening every day from 9:00 -11:00 pm..

Loved spending the week here with my husband 4 daughters and 3 of their partners. Beautiful, very clean hotel. Room cleaned every day, perfect. Excellent WiFi across the whole hotel, the beach ⛱️ literally 5min walk away. Pools always very clean. Food good, though if you are fussy there is a McDonald's up the Rd. Entertainment not so great at night but we went before the season started, vert enthusiastic entertainer Charlie in the day, he's great. Michelle the rep is lovely, a great help. Many shops just on the front, as well as transport to the town £5. They take any money (I found this very useful).
Would 100% go back and would definitely recommend. Bars and restaurants just across the Rd and up and down the street. The shop in the hotel I'd say is pricey, maybe go on the front and shop about.
I hope this helps you decide. Enjoy 🌞⛱️

Whether or not you agree with the other reviews here, will depend on the kind of person you are as it has many 5 stars reviews and I don't doubt the experience for those people was exceptional, but it wasn't for us.
The staff ranged from extremely friendly and helpful in some cases to very unhelpful in others with little in between, but I think that could be down to language. It was shocking that in a hotel where 90% + of visitors are British, less than 50% of the front of house staff speak English to a level where they can understand even basic conversation. Those that did speak English were generally very helpful and friendly, except for one or two of the men on reception who were quite cold.
The biggest disappointment for us was the quality of the food. There was little variety, and the quality of the dishes we did have was often quite poor (overcooked meats with little flavour, very little fresh veg, lots of fried veg, lots of fried potatoes, lots of fried everything!). It would have been nice to see some fresh cut fruit but all the fruit was from a tin and quite tasteless - that said, it could just be a import thing for Turkey in general.
If you have allergies, forget this place quickly.
There we're little to no options that didn't contain Gluten / Dairy unless you were happy eating salad leaves, chips, egg and beans everyday. For example, simple things that didn't need flour seemed to have flour mixed in. The approach to Allergen labelling was a sign stating "All dishes contain allergens". They did make an attempt to label some individual dishes, but the allergens were frequently wrong (in the case of gluten at least) leaving you with little confidence. In other cases they either didn't have a card, or the card didn't correspond to the dish.
If you're the kind of traveller that visits the same place every year, craves English TV while abroad and likes a full english breakfast in an Irish bar, you'll love this place.
If you're not, then you'll read between the lines of what I'm inferring and understand this probably isn't the place for you.

For:
Wi-fi available everywhere.
Lots of sunbeds available (even without all the 07.00 “people” reserving them with their towels.
Cleanliness of the rooms.
Nice adults only “relax” pool and bar, good service from Alex who runs it.
Not far to walk to the beach, shops and outside bars.
Against:
Repetitive food in the pool bar.
Some staff need to learn basic manners instead of just grunting when spoken to.
Restaurant staff either totally ignore you or all team up to have a conversation between each other, time would be better spent cleaning the tables of finished plates instead of just ignoring them.
Forget the “beach” as it’s council owned and is tiny, was covered in rubbish when we went.
Expect noise from people returning from outside bars.
Very much watered down beer.
Conclusion:
Would we stay here again? No

It blows my mind that a "five star" hotel doesn't have a single iron that guests can use. Naturally, they have a pricey laundry service though which seems like a cheap shot.
We were also disappointed that despite being advertised as "All inclusive with 3 restaurants", there was one restaurant that was all inclusive, and two restaurants that you had to pay for, one which was closed the entire time we were there (the greek restaurant).
Everything else was ok, but not excellent. The attitude of the staff was very good and the reception staff were always happy to help (except for the iron!).
