Can’t see how people can fault this place and we always travel 5* and can’t find fault. Staff have been amazing for our 2 (nearly 3yr old). Rooms always tidied well and attention to detail high! We had a family suite and it’s basically 2 whole rooms, well worth it for the extra space!! All food has been great whether the buffet or A La Carte… even the fast food/burger/snack bar has been a life saver! Range of drinks is endless and they really do go the extra mile for everyone and even make the kiddies a non-alcohol cocktail if you request!! 100000% recommend.

Fantastic hotel, superb rooms, wonderful all inclusive but most definitely better suited to families with children aged up to 12 years old. We had the small adults infinity pool but the food areas were very canteen crazy noise levels due to there being hundreds of children. Which is absolutely lovely and happy but if you don't have children - I don't think I would go here. However, we did and it was otherwise great.

Amazing hotel and facilities, very spacious and well laid out rooms especially when travelling with a baby. Staff are always cleaning and everywhere is spotless. Italian restaurant is lovely. There isn’t a vegetarian option on the steak house menu other than roasted vegetables which was a shame. Entertainment staff are full of energy and always engaging the kids, Mo was great getting the kids involved and always greeting us with a big smile and laughter. The location is great as it’s not too busy/commercial and there is a lovely costal walk to some bars/restaurants/shops and a short drive to Siam Park and the beach. Overall a fab holiday, amazing hotel and great location. We will definitely be returning.

Nice hotel, service and standard of rooms is fantastic. We’ll maintained. Kid’s entertainment 5-12 is non existent. No kids disco for this age, only singalong for

Amazing hotel, great entertainment team!
One thing I must add… this review was FORCED by the entertainments team.
They set up a game for children, allowed them to queue for a turn but before they could have a go, parents had to scan the QR code and leave a 5 star review. This review was then checked by the entertainment team before allowing children to throw a ball on a giant inflatable dart board. Once they had done so, they could win a prize.
If (like myself) you have more than one child, they cannot each have a go unless you have access to more than one Google account. This caused a huge issue and took a long time to resolve in order to ensure both of our boys had a turn and ‘won’ a t shirt each.
We genuinely love the hotel and have had the most incredible time. Staff have been lovely, rooms are fantastic, food has been great, the pool area is ideal for children and overall, we can’t fault our holiday.
We just wanted to share the above so everyone is aware not all reviews may be genuine as some are bribed with games/ prizes for children and subsequently checked by staff to ensure nothing negative is posted. This may hinder the validity of the reviews so we added this to ensure full transparency.
