The hotel is definitely worth considering for those seeking an affordable option. The territory is very beautiful, the rooms are not the newest but tidy. Had to change rooms as the first one didn't meet expectations, but the switch was easy. The bar area has been renovated, and the staff is helpful. Plenty of beds by the sea and pool, so no shortage of places to relax. The pool beds are new and sturdy. Food selection is not extensive, but the taste is good. There's entertainment every day and evening. The animators actively engage with people, filling the space with dances and activities. I want to express gratitude to the animator Margarita, who has been very friendly and always informs us about all the daily activities since our arrival. Also, I want to thank the night shift receptionist, who probably got tired of my little issues, but solved everything very sincerely.

Lovely hotel, great staff, very professional. The restaurants are nice bur maybe there should be a child friendly section in the main restaurant with burgers, fish fingers, chips and chicken nuggets with tomato sauce. Entertainment I thought wad just right and enjoyed. There are brilliant shops in hotel and the beach is wonderful. I recommend the massages on beach with sun protection especially for solo travelers like me.
The Ocean
Pros:
Great location.
Good staff especially the restaurant staff are super friendly.
Beautiful landscape.
Good food. But limited variety.
Good housekeeping.
Good place for kids.
There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
Cons:
Very old furniture. Unlike some photos you may have a very old furniture with a funny 1080p TV on a stand with so few channels and zero for kids.
The beach is beautiful but it is shallow.
The are no elevators so it is not good for people with disabilities.
Slow response if you report a problem.
No mosque in the resort.
I would come back but won't accept these old rooms again.

Positives
+ Location is perfect, it's very close to airport, around 30 minutes from town.
+ Beach is absolutely gorgeous, so beautiful warm water, definitely one of the nicest beaches I saw in my life
+ Food wasn't so bad in taste in my opinion, yet classically it gave me stomach issues
+ Nice, clean pools
+ Great base for diving excursions
Negatives
— Rooms are ugly and dirty. I had to pay to room staff to get a better room, as the one I saw was far from pools. The second room was close to the pool, but was dirty and moldy. Third room was 4/10, but I stayed with it.
— Rude staff, bar workers were angry for being there, room cleaners were more focused on doing fancy towel sculptures instead of cleaning room and leaving paper
— Animations were pathetic, I saw a lot of nice events on my previous stays, but team leading animations here (last week of April) were poor, main guy was basically bully. Although Chiara from Italy was very pleasant person :)
— Russian peoples were top priority of the hotel, I had a situation where waiter literally took cutlery from my table and gave it to Russian family nearby, doing everything to get their money. That was the most disgraceful thing I had on vacations in my entire life
— Hotel activities were pretty poor, e.g., Volleyball was closed
— Very bad alcohol drinks
— Poor All Inclusive offer, beside main restaurant and à la carte, no proper snacks were available. I went for waffles, which cost me $8 for 2. For such high price of hotel, it was bummer.
Summary
I had wonderful time sightseeing town, diving and visiting Cairo, but hotel alone was just mean to survive, not place to spend vacations. I wouldn't recommend staying there.

Wonderful hotel and complex, very relaxed and the team there are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The food is cooked well and delicious. It is plentiful meaning you can choose your own variety every meal. Wine not included in All-Inclusive but you have option to purchase. Plenty of other drinks available.
Pool bar team “shout out” to Abd Allah and Mohamed 🍻
