Perfect location great pools and indoor pool, private beach which is beautiful small gym with sauna and steam room. We went for New Year’s Eve and the fireworks display and concert is out of this world and now book up every year. Old town is a must. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment overlooking the pools and everything was perfect staff were so helpful can’t wait till this new years. Also a heated indoor pool which was good as some days were cold

This is probably the biggest resorts we ve ever been! There’s a lot of pool to choose, restaurants,walking distance to the beach,and everything you can think of. The beach is also lovely. The only downside is the hospitality. I met a lot of people who work inside the hotel and rarely gets a greet. Last year we were from Bali and the hospitality was the best. It’s not that hard to put on a smile to ur guest 😉 we still going to recommend this hotel !

We had a fantastic stay here . The hotel itself is very sutied to families. Calm and quiet. And lots to do. The staff are friendly and polite.
The rooms are fantastic. They are large and well sutied for Familes. The kitchen has everything you need. The balconys have sun loungers. A nice touch if you have a room with a sea veiw.
The buffet is well laid out, and every night was a different theme.
I would recommend this hotel who wants good customer service. A family-friendly hotel and a hotel with family in mind.

The outside areas are absolutely amazing and we loved it. Unfortunately we had Silverfish in the bathroom, no blinds to darken the room for our 10months old to take a nap and the door between the bedroom and living room could not be closed quietly, so when we put our baby to sleep we needed to leave through the balcony to not wake him which was very cold at night. The walls are also very thin so we could hear the chairs being moved during breakfast/dinner service, neighbours cough and talk

We got back from here last night. Very sad to have left. It was our first visit to Portugal but won't be our last. The apartments were fantastic. We had a one bed, it was huge with a large sofa bed in lounge. You could have had a party on the enormous balcony. Everything you need for self catering in the kitchen. They were very clean too. I'm very very impressed. The pools are amazing, with plenty of beds, the beach is beautiful and the facilities great. Several restaurants, pool bar, water slides, 2 supermarkets and play areas all on site. I can't recommend this place enough! The only negative would be the lack of evening entertainment. Its very limited and mainly geared at very young children. We got Ubers into the old town most evenings.
