Staff were very good.the rolls breakfast.lunch and dinner were fresh and still warm.the food was not very good .same every day and mostly cold.i did not look forward to meal times.if I was on my own I would have left earlier and if we had not been up a hill away from the town I would have gone out to eat. May be suited better for the Spanish not recommended for the British unlike all the hotels I have stayed at around the Benidorm area, sorry would not go there again..

Nice hotel with limited views from the room. Plenty of surrounding shops bars restaurants , a 20 minute walk to walk to the beach. A no 10 bus 5 minutes from the hotel will take you 37 minutes ride (£1.80).

My Son and I went just to have a game of pool! We didn't stay there or use any of the facilities other than games area! Nice and clean and smelt lovely of fresh strong coffee

This is a lovely spot for the money. The rooms are a good size (let down a little by the dated bathrooms) and I've seen reviews complaining about the beds but I've slept like a baby every night. The staff are all superb, nothing is too much trouble from the front desk, buffet, bar and housekeeping everyone is super friendly. The bars well stock and is one of the cheapest places for a beer or a bottle of excellent house wine at 8euros - again amazing value. Lots of choice on the buffet and great quality for the number of people they're serving - someone was bleating about no chicken nuggets for their kids..how is that the hotels fault if your kids a fussy eater??? There's Popeyes chicken next door, nip over there!! The spa was a lovely afternoon as well, several different pools with different air and water massages and sauna and steam room just lovely as well. Is this the very best 4 🌟 hotel... probably not, but for value for money you'd struggle to find better IMHO. Towns a 5 minute walk and the beach about 10, 5 mins to the tram station to explore the other villages up and down the coast as well. Thanks to all the staff for their hard work and for making us feel so welcome. It was a fabulous break 😍

Great spot, super friendly staff, excellent quality food in the buffet, cheap prices on wine and beer with great quality. Rooms, especially bathrooms, a little dated but spotlessly clean. Spa area nice and relaxing, well place for a 5 min walk to the beach or 5 mins to the tram to visit other villages along the coast. 👌 👍
