Myself and my husband absolutely loved the hotel. Staff were accommodating and made sure our stay was unforgettable. They went above and beyond!!! They left my husband a nice present for his birthday as I requested which made the end of our stay special.
When we arrived we were notified that we were upgraded which we were thrilled about but wasn't told why. I initially booked the junior suite with private pool as a birthday present for my husband but instead we was given the bungalow with private pool. The junior suites were still getting renovated so I'm not sure why we was able to book if no one could use these rooms.
Now one would think why wouldn't you be happier with a bigger room and this may sound silly but it made the difference. The reason I booked the private pool was because we wanted the privacy it offered and the perfect spot to get most of the sun. The bungalow however was located in a place were people were constantly walking passed and only saw the sun rise in the morning which meant we couldn't actually use the pool because it was so cold and the sun was non existent. So the rest of the day we had to use the public area just to get the sun. If we knew this we would of just booked a standard room without the pool and would of saved us hundreds.
Overall, food was delicious and rooms were cleaned regularly. We would love to stay here again with family this time but would like some kind of discount based on the room change which we couldn't decline due to our initial room being out of order.

We booked via BA and we're allocated a Seaview superior family room, which wasn't big enough for us with 2 senior school aged children. We upgraded to a bungalow 2 bed, with swim up pool which was much nicer and was also much newer.
Food was excellent, although the Asian was a little confused, not very Asian in flavour but the service was excellent. Jim one of the wait staff by the pool was amazing, funny, attentive and efficient, a real benefit to the place.
The water slides were a great new addition to the resort and we will definitely be visiting again.

We ( 2 adults-2 kids) recently had an amazing experience at Marbella can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The resort itself was great, with beautiful grounds and well-maintained facilities. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults to enjoy, including swimming pools, water slides, and even a dedicated kids' club. We never ran out of things to do!
One of the highlights for us was the variety and quality of the dining options. There were multiple restaurants to choose from, each offering delicious meals and accommodating various dietary preferences. Whether you wanted to indulge in a gourmet dinner or grab a quick snack by the pool, there was something for everyone.
Overall, our family had an unforgettable vacation at this all-inclusive resort. It provided us with the perfect balance of relaxation, excitement, and quality time together. If you're looking for a fantastic getaway for the whole family, I highly recommend considering this resort. You won't be disappointed!

An absolutely beautiful and relaxing 5☆ hotel! It was luxurious, and the staff were top-notch. The food was excellent, and the head chef in the main restaurant talked us through the vegan options every day and provided us with other dishes and desserts that were suitable for us. The pools were fantastic, the staff came and took your drinks/food orders and brought them to your lounger so you could relax. Our two children loved all the pools and the waterpark, the beach area and water activities were also great, the water is extremely clear so snorkelling to see fish and octopuses is a must. Our suite had a private pool that was beautifully laid out with everything you need. The bathroom was big with a good shower and a bath. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtakingly picturesque. We were up early every morning to catch the sun coming up whilst sitting on the jetty. We also were lucky enough to witness the Super Blue Moon on the 31st August, which was a sight to behold in such gorgeous surroundings.
The hotel never feels too busy. It is a massive complex, so people have plenty of space.
We will come back to the MarBella, thanks to all the staff that go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing holiday.

My favourite land based holiday for kids! I wanted something for a 1 & 5 year old and was nervous! Childcare free for over 3s, and a charge for under 3s. Which as a parent you pay! We booked 1-6pm every day and booked evening babysitters on a few eves that came to our room for €15 an hour. This gave us quality time together and by the time we returned the kids were in bed asleep - amen!
Aqua Park water gets chilly, but I took wet suits as my 5 year old is always cold in all weather. No need to take towels, they give you plenty, even at the beach!
I felt relaxed and had a great balance of time with them and time with my other half which is rare! Even had a couples massage and went jet skiing!
Hotel is clean, we had a private pool which was brilliant. Food is delicious and cocktails went down too easily! The hotel book you in for your al la carte meals. If you download the Marbella app you can message them and specifiy which restaurants you want and what time. Great message service! We messaged about lots of things we wanted to do, and nothing was too much trouble. If you wait until there, you may be disappointed as things get booked up.
Only negatives were: too many wasps and our room didn't have a washing line.
