We had an amazing stay here. Starting with check-in, you could see that they put emphasis on good service. Our room was sufficiently equipped and even had a partial seaview which pleasantly surprised us. All the facilities seem to be maintained well although the only heated pool was overcrowded especially with kids jumping in it every other minute. They did have 3 outdoor pools but it wasn't warm enough by the end of April. We opted for the breakfast and dinner buffet which was great as well. The range of different dishes in general and the rotating menu worked really well until you get tired of eating of course. However the staff at the restaurant especially the shift manager or whoever was in charge seemed a bit cold. It could be due to the rush but given that it was an off-peak period, it's highly unlikely. Also we chose to pay for the outdoor parking which is poorly indicated and hard to find. I however recommend this hotel wholeheartedly especially if you are traveling in off-peak time since value for money, proximity to the beach and facilities are unbeatable.

Title: Mixed Experience at Rosamar & Spa Hotel in Lloret de Mar
My family and I stayed at the Rosamar & Spa Hotel in Lloret de Mar for two weeks in early August, along with our two children aged 5 and 6. Here's an overview of our experience:
Rooms:
The rooms in the hotel were spacious but unfortunately quite outdated. The floors showed clear signs of wear and tear, the bathroom looked like it was 25 years old, and, regrettably, it wasn't as clean as we had hoped. Moreover, the rooms were rather noisy, which disrupted our sleep at times. This was disappointing, especially considering the price we paid for our stay.
Breakfast Buffet:
A highlight was the breakfast buffet, which could be added for a modest additional fee. The selection was very good, and there was a different variety of dishes every day. The only comment here is that the number of coffee machines was limited, leading to occasional waiting times.
Swimming Pools:
The hotel's swimming pools were generally good, especially the children's pool, which was fun and suitable for little ones. They were also well-maintained. However, the poolside loungers were in need of replacement, as some were in poor condition.
Location:
The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the beach, which was very convenient for our family. The proximity to the beach was certainly a plus.
Overall Impression:
Overall, the Rosamar & Spa Hotel is a nice property but clearly requires investment in updates and modernization. The price we paid did not entirely match what we received, particularly considering the outdated rooms and noise issues. With some improvements, this hotel could better fulfill its potential and offer guests an even more enjoyable stay.

Service is great front of house, restaurant and cleaners. Food is not the greatest but good selection. Nice idea by giving us water or wine for dinner as we enter the restaurant. Very close to the beach which is excellent.
Our main gripe is paying for all inclusive, the room is far too small, ok for one person not for 2. The balcony is facing the opposite way to the beach and sun. Very small and not a very nice view.
The lifts say max 8 persons, maybe 8 children but adults perhaps 3 to 4 at a push.
Very slow and rickety aswell. Excuse to use the stairs.

We come to Rosamar & Spa Hotel from Germany, and I can tell you it is very nice hotel with perfect location. Children animation was great, especially kids disco at evening, my daughter loved going there. Big greeting for animators.
Pools are ok. Food is very good, especially local cooked dishes and traditional tomato sauce I was eating it with baked garlic bread.
But they should work on communication or maybe this is Hotel politic, I am not sure. I call them to informed that we will be late because of traffic jam in France, we were in a line on the highway for several hours and I just want to inform them about delay since few days earlier we confirmed our arrival between 14-16h. At beginning lady on the phone was very nice but when I asked for indoor parking which we have reserved, I was informed that they have problem, and they cannot give us indoor parking and she offered us only outdoor (free of charge - money is not always solution), without any explanation why we cannot get what we reserved. In a very rude way, she insisted that I confirm by phone that I accept the new parking offer. It was a take it or leave it offer. Since I was on wheels for over 14 hours with a small child, I had no other option but to accept. When we arrived, I was also rude and insist on explanation, form the other lady from reception I received complete explanation what happened but with completely different approach and I calmed down.
Thank you for great vacation.

Great Location, beach across the road, hotel nice, staff friendly.
Would be nice if they had water in room for guests, also i felt all inclusive customers were slightly penalised with drinks as we were given machine made cocktails.
