The best thing about the hotel is the amazing reef. 🐠🐡
We came only for that, as we are passionate snorkelers.
The rest of the hotel is average... The staff is very nice, the food is "okay" and the rooms and facilities are rather old. There are only two bars (in the lobby and at the pool). At the beach, you will be bothered a lot by service and excursion offers, so take a red flag.
The territory/complex is green, beautiful and elegantly lit at night.
The WiFi signal quality in the room is good, but weak everywhere else.
In the end, if you love snorkeling, it is worth its (current) price.

Hotel, is good... Food is the worst. Friendly staff apart from the extremely rude and disgusting shops in the hotel ...especially the shop that sells fake watches. Dishonest and will 100% RIPE YOU OFF. 0% customer service and should be banned from any hotel. Spa was amazing. A special shout out to Madonna massages. Incredible. ...

This is our second stay here, there would have been more, but flights from the UK, only resumed this month (TUI).
The hotel is a complex of approximately 200 rooms spread across 10 or so mini duplexes.
They are all liked by paths, that wind thier way through the very expansive and floral gardens.
The rooms are large and all have air conditioning.
The rooms are clean and have all the amenities, that the average guest could want for (Mini fridge, tean and coffee making facilities large flat screen TV, Hair dryer, wardrobe safe and a laundry service).
The hotel's beach, boasts some if the best snorkeling and diving, we have found in Egypt. Romel and his beach team are very attentive, offering escorted snorkeling at no cost (they know where the best coral and fish can be found)
The main restaurant is just what you would expect and there is a large outside seating area, for those hotter and less windy days.
The Italian restaurant is very good, with a cream of chicken soup to die for.
There are several special nights, such as seafood on the beach and an Italian steak night.
There are several smaller bars dotted around the resort, all of which, serve a variety of hot, cold and alcoholic drinks. You can either walk up to the bar, or alternatively there is a very good waiter service, who will take your order and deliver your drink to your table or lounger.
The onsite Spa offers a wide range of services, and the massages I had during my stay, was really good, and help tremendously to relive the back problems I had been suffering from for some time. The only issue I had was the sales people, way to pushy by far and although my quote had been in Euros, they tried to overcharge me in Dollars, soon put an end to that little caper.
If you can afford to, then tipping results in excellent and attentive, if not some times, overly so, service.
Remember, these people work long hours, often away from their families for 5 or six weeks at a time, and due to the state of the Egyptian economy, are some if the lowest paid and overworked in the country. Tipping enables them to at least survive, so if you can, then please be generous.

We were absolutely happy in this hotel with my partner and my 1 year old daughter during january 2024. The stuff was extremely nice, dealing with every single request that we had during our stay ( change of the room , borrowing a chair fór a baby etc.)
The good was very nice and tasty. The stuff really attentive.
The house manager Hassan also helped US to find lost flipper and helped us to move to a diferent room. Everybody was really nice and we loved this hotel. There is a reconstruction happening and they ale expanding the hotel so next season it might be different.. we would love to come back next year🫶thank you for treating us the way you did😊

At most it is a 3 star hotel. I don't know how old it is but it certainly seen better days. Room was very clean (thanks to Ali who was cleaning it, very nice person) but furniture, bathroom etc is very outdated. Generally whole hotel could use some renovation. On positive note we got a room with a really beautiful sea view.
The worst thing was the very loud AC in the room. We went to the reception to talk about it, they later said someone came to do something about it but it was as loud as before. At the reception we talked with other people who had the same problem. I believe it is general problem there. It was very difficult to sleep.
Garden is very nice but whenever it was watered there is a strong smell of fertilizer.
Staff was very nice and food was good, we were able to eat tasty vegetarian meals. Enormous choice of sweets for every meal. Everyday we would get two 1,5l bottles of water to the room, and on top of that there are water dispensers around the hotel as well.
We came there mostly for diving and I can highly recommend the diving center by the hotel. House reef is outstanding, we even met dolphins there.
