Terrible experience from the get-go! The Asian lady at the reception, while checking didn’t even pay attention to our requests, but gave a thorough treatment to the lady standing behind us in the line. We arrived at noon with two little kids (2 and 1 year old) requested a crib for our, but since nobody really cares, we’ve got it only around 11pm at night after numerous phone calls and visits to the reception. Also stay away from the steak/bar place near the reception, although we had all-inclusive package the Kazakh lady hostess stopped us from entering and said she’d first double check “if we really have all inclusive for our kids” before we are allowed to be served, what nonsense and disrespect. But that wasn’t the worst part about this bar, the same night when we were in our room, around 11pm we started receiving phone calls from this place, same lady was calling and demanding that we come down and pay(were still not sure what we were supposed to pay for), we kindly asked her to meet in the morning as our kids were being put asleep. Few minutes she started calling again,and woke up the children. It a was super UNPLEASANT experience. Stay away and remember all-inclusive is not really including everything!!!

In the context of luxury Dubai, this is a rather modest hotel. 20 years ago it was probably a very luxurious hotel, but the development in this field has been very fast in Dubai and it can no longer compete with newer hotels. Also, everything is quite worn (but everything works and nothing is broken). This is one of the most affordable hotels on JBR beach that has its own beach area (many hotels are by the beach, but they don't have their own territory on the beach and you have to rent sunbeds from the beach club). If you can accept that everything is a bit worn, then this hotel is an OK choice. The hotel has a large swimming pool in the garden and the third floor terrace has an (adults only) infinity pool overlooking the bay and also its own beach area with sun loungers. There were always enough free sunbeds everywhere. The room (Club Oceanfront Room) was a nice size and the bed was comfortable and the view was good too. We bought the Executive Lounge package and it was a good decision - the package included breakfast in a separate lounge with a beautiful view, in peace without crowds (the same selection of food as in the main breakfast restaurant), afternoon tea which included a selection of mini sandwiches and cakes, and an evening happy hour, which in addition to alcoholic drinks for drinks and cocktails also included a selection of various savory snacks, cakes and fruits. We didn't go anywhere else to eat, because what was offered in the Lounge was enough. The selection of meals was not very rich and there were no delicacies, but everything was OK. The service was good, but not great - the comparison is with the previous hotel in Dubai where everything was much better. Wi-Fi was OK, but there was no more coverage on the beach. JBR Walk starts about 10 minutes walk away. The beach was good, the sea gets deep very quickly, the water was a beautiful color, but not transparent. The sockets are of the old English type, but you can borrow adapters from the reception. There is no socket suitable for a hair dryer in the bathroom. While taking a shower, water leaked onto the bathroom floor. There are a lot of switches in the room, the function of which I don't understand, and there is no master off switch. There are two constructions going on in the hotel territory (a new skyscraper and a new beach club) and the construction noise is quite strong. Both constructions are still in the initial phase and probably have to endure this noise here for a few more years.

From the beach to the moon and towers, the hotel was simply amazing! The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, making our experience truly memorable. We had an amazing holiday here. We asked for an early check in and were showed to our room at 09:45 which was only 30 minutes after we arrived. The service throughout the hotel was first class, from the bar staff, the lady who serviced our room who was excellent to the people around the swimming pool. The food in the Underground Pub and Italian restaurants was excellent. Breakfast was first class with so much choice. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Went for day at the pool, unfortunately the service is quite disorganised. Staff is running around and being very busy, which I personally understand is a challenge for them. Unfortunately this leads to orders being forgotten numerous times, it becomes annoying in the end and we decided to leave earlier and move to another another. It was the first time I tried this venue for a pool day, unfortunately it was a poor experience. I feel very sorry for the serving staff at the pool, they where honestly trying their best. But they don’t have the system to provide the service they are very much capable of doing.

This beach is definitely something else will you find radio people outside of Dubai enjoying. It also showcases plenty of buildings around Dubai which gives a great and pleasant view. The famous Al Jumeirah hotel is also nearby and which is clearly visible from the beach and it adds up as a great value to its beach

I did not see the rooms so I cannot comment on them. We visited restaurant "The Talk". Food selection was not big but everything was delicious! I have to comment on Abdul, he took excellent care of me and my family. Also, if you have kids, there is a little playground in the restaurant so they can play while you enjoy you meal! Really recommended!

Stayed in that hotel for 5 days and enjoyed my stay. Hotel has a 24/7 gym which is great especially if you are from the US and still jet lagging. There is an outdoor pool which is not as crowded as you would expect from fully booked hotel. All staff of that hotel are super friendly and helpful, including Sacin on breakfasts.

We recently stayed in one of the exec suites with my mum and boys. The room was immaculately cleaned daily, the staff checked to see if we needed anything later in the day. The room and bed was so comfortable and spacious. The afternoon tea provided from 3.30pm was just what my mum and my boys loved. We loved our entire stay. The service, the food, the staff were all perfect plus the ice cream vouchers were definitely a hit with the kids too. A great location with so much to explore nearby. Stay in hotel second time, great location 5 minutes from tram and 5 time minutes from city beach and the Walk, rooms clean every day, breakfast are great, gym works 24 hrs, staff very helpful and friendly especially barman Thusith and ladies in executive lounge. The only reason I'm leaving this review is that Jumeirah hotels state that they do a best rate guarantee. However I've emailed in several times via the best rate guarantee email and had no response. I've also sent in an email via other channels to try to get a response to something THEY clearly advertise. I have also tried to contact the hotel via Twitter and Instagram to no avail. Do not advertise a best rate guarantee with a claims procedure only to not respond to any of it. Extremely misleading and I'm pretty sure against trading standards. UPDATED RESPONSE I have emailed you only to not have a response, YET AGAIN!

Jumeirah DAM more than exceeded our expectations. The hotel and grounds were beautiful and we loved having the option of taking an abra from point to point. The individual villa buildings also made the resort seem very intimate despite being large and also part of the Al Qasr. Beach is gorgeous and service was top. Would definitely recommend and would def stay again if ever back in Dubai

I used to stay in Jumeirah hotels especially Dar Almasyaf (my favourite) I invited my family to join me in a summer vacation and I used Jumeirah one website to book for our stay (GCC resident offer). I did not received confirmation for my booking , I could not find any booking at my account I tried to reach the team by email (more than 7 emails) but unfortunately No response. They really upsetting me and put me in embarrassing situation !

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT! For 2 weeks I have been trying to get my deposit back which they have still not sent back to me. I have sent multiple emails and was assured I would receive it but to no avail. They staff has been negligent and the hotel manager has not responded to me either. My bathroom also flooded on the first night of my honeymoon. I initially asked for a refund for my first night which they also did not respond to. However, I was more concerned about my 4k deposit which was not returned. Be very wary to parting with your money here.

Absolutely perfect. The staff were welcoming, attentive, friendly, this was what made it for us: the staff were so good - in the hotel, in the bars, restaurants, guest services and outside by the pool. We only stayed 3 nights but would come back and would stay longer. The room was amazing also. The food delicious with so much choice. Labelling could be a bit better as my son has serious food allergies and nuts weren't always labelled. The outside area was great, lots of pools, kids areas, beach and the sea. Cool boxes with water left outside by each umbrella. Highly recommended.

As a family, we are very satisfied with the hotel - accommodation, food, services at a very good level. The rooms are clean, spacious (we had room 3110), the food is excellent, even if you have a gluten-free diet, they will accommodate you (especially in the restaurant by the pool, Lady Gracia told me when I arrived what they had gluten-free and knew how to order a croissant, pizza or pasta to make me happy :)) Also, the staff at the pool willing to accommodate in everything. In the evening, sitting with music, walks and activities for children will be amazing. I definitely recommend the hotel to all age groups, couples and children. We are here for the second time and we definitely want to come back next year. My great compliments to the hotel management for how they can manage the hotel's operation and prepare for their guests a wonderful vacation and a fulfilling rest.

The restaurants are very good, specially the italian and the seafood. The Toro Loco restaurant it’s good, but after all it’s just meat … it’s good but nothing special like the others. However, the starters and the deserts were very good. The view at night and day, it’s sublime, it’s located in a very good spot, with 360 view on my room, in the 6 floor. The Staff is very good, very good service in the buffet, restaurants, shops and guest relations, everywhere! I recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful - the real highlight for us tbh. The hotel rooms are spacious and well appointed, although looking tired. The food in all restaurants was top quality and the drinks package too. This is a hotel geared up for families but that didn't mean we felt out of place as a couple and found plenty of space away from activities and the busy pool. The view from the Palm to Dubai was amazing.

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel and couldn't say a bad thing about it! Great location - things nearby to do, has a mall right outside. The pool area was lovely with a infinity pool which looked out onto the beach and landmarks which was beautiful. The beach had water sports available which me and my partner enjoyed. We had a great stay at the Dukes the Palm. We were really fortunate, we were offered a upgrade free of charge, so we got a bigger room. It was a really nice room with a lot of space . The breakfast buffet is great, there is a lot of choices and the quality was there as well. The pool area and the beach were really nice as well . The staff at the Dukes is really nice and everyone is really Helpful. Special thanks to Daniel the concierge, he was great and really helpful with a little incident we had with a cab driver. Will for sure go back there

The hotel and its location are fantastic! The food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and well-organized, providing top-notch service. A special thank you to Mr. Mohammad Faruk from the security team for his exceptional assistance—he's a great asset to the hotel. The only downside is that with the half-board option, you can only swap lunch for dinner on the same day, which can be inconvenient if you're on a tour and miss lunch and dinner. It would be more convenient if you could swap the missed dinner for the next day's lunch."

A beautiful hotel at a beautiful location. I still can’t get over the beach view ! We had abit of a rocky start to the beginning of our trip with our room but the customer relations manager made sure to be on the job to ensure we got the room that we paid for to which they accommodated greatly and made my son who is just a toddler very comfortable with gifts and sweet treats. The staff are absolutely fantastic and make sure to cater to all your needs and they are very friendly and very easy to speak to them in English . So many staff members offered to help with my son’s buggy, move the umbrella so he had shade as the day went on . Extremely friendly and the great thing is that the mall is across the road . The beach is beautiful and we made sure to go in every day with our son ! Breakfast has a fantastic choice of so many options ! I would definitely be coming here again and would recommend it to anyone ♥️♥️

An absolute amazing hotel and would highly recommend. At breakfast service, Chef Pradip made excellent omelettes daily and did an exceptional job. There was a variety of food for breakfast and dinner which was delicious. The rooms and house keeping was great. The comfort was amazing, had no issues. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at! It is absolutely spectacular in every way. The check-in staff were so friendly and helpful; we had early check-in to take our 4 year old straight to the water park, which was fantastic. Having the guest access to the park, meaning no queues, and the free towels, was an added bonus! The room itself was clean, comfortable and well designed. The pool areas were lovely too. There was a great choice of restaurants, the breakfast buffet one was exceptional, and the service was impeccable everywhere we went. The Afternoon Tea and Kid Clubs were also pleasure surprises. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone with kids!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at your resort. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by the unexpected Dubai floods, leading me to leave a 1-star review due to the various challenges encountered at the hotel. I understand that natural events like these are difficult to manage, but I believe the response could have been more effective in alleviating the inconveniences faced by your guests, including myself. As a guest who travelled internationally to experience the resort all amenities were closed and compensations or considerations were offered. For well over $1000 a night we did not have access to the beaches or the pools except for one family pool which was open to All Atlantis guest as you can imagine the crowd and only one portion of the water park opened and 60% of the restaurants closed.

Wow, this hotel is absolutely stunning! It's like stepping into a world of magnificence and luxury. Every little detail, from the grand entrance to the warm welcome, made my stay extra special. The upkeep of the place is top-notch, and I have to give them full marks for that! The rooms are simply delightful and I had the most amazing time here. And don't even get me started on the location - right by the water's edge, the view of the sunset is absolutely breathtaking! During my stay at the hotel, I found the experience to be quite satisfactory. The hotel itself is nice, offering comfortable accommodations. What stood out was the attentive staff, always ready to assist with a smile. Room cleaning was impeccable, and I must commend Janine for her exceptional service in keeping our room pristine. However, one minor downside was the size of the toilet, which I found to be quite small. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive. The location is a definite highlight, situated in the vibrant JBR area, with easy access to various restaurants, making dining options plentiful and convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and an excellent location.

Excellent hotel. Great service. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the essentials we needed. Breakfast was enjoyable, delicious,with many choices and very wide buffet spreads. Excellent hotel in a good location at a fair price. The bed and pillows were very(!) comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. Thanks to Mina from housekeeping, our room was always clean, with new towels and bedsheets changed every day, and refilled with complimentary water/tea/coffee. Breakfast was nice with a diverse selection of food, though it got a little crowded after 10 am so it's better to come early. Lunch was also very good, definitely offering one of the best quality-to-price ratios among nearby options. If you're unsure where to eat, just stay at the hotel:) Maybe next time we'll also try dinner at the hotel's restaurant—I'm sure it's exceptional.

I am not kidding when I say this is the best hotel I have stayed at in the entire world. I’ve travelled all over, but I haven’t stayed anywhere as amazing as Jumeirah Emirates Towers hotel. Location is perfect, and the rooms are super clean and comfortable and huge! But the best thing about this hotel is the service! We were welcomed with a smile from everyone at the front desk, the doormen, bellmen, concierge, and the man who calls the elevator. Everyone was SO nice and helpful. The breakfast restaurant staff was OUTSTANDING, especially the manager (the lady who stands at the front) - she was so extremely nice and made us feel at home everyday. It was my birthday during our stay, and she made it extra special, which I really appreciate! Thanks to the amazing service, JET hotel has a customer for life, and I will definitely be back soon!!

Nothing much to say, really. This is a five-star hotel that well deserves every single star. The on-site bars and restaurants deserve special mentioning as they, too, are quite excellent. Recommended without reservations - this is a very good hotel.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, despite the hefty price tag, the room was merely passable in terms of quality, failing to justify the premium rate charged by the hotel. Upon check-in with my wife, both of our IDs were scanned, and we were given access to the club lounge. However, the trouble began on our very first night. As we returned from dinner, a security guard near the elevator questioned our room number and proceeded to embarrass us by denying access to my wife, claiming she was not registered. Despite explaining the situation and presenting both IDs that were scanned during check-in, the guard's demeanor remained rude and unapologetic, causing unnecessary discomfort in front of other guests. The unpleasant encounters did not end there. When we attempted to enjoy the included breakfast at the club lounge as promised during check-in, we were met with further disdain from the staff. Despite arriving for coffee well within the specified hours, the attendant seemed annoyed by our presence, insisting that breakfast time had ended. After clarifying that we only desired coffee, the response was equally dismissive, with eye-rolling and a refusal to accommodate both guests, despite our entitlement to such privileges according to our booking. Overall, the conduct of the staff and management left much to be desired. For a hotel of such high cost, the level of service and professionalism displayed was wholly unacceptable. I would caution potential guests to carefully consider whether the inflated price tag of the Jumeirah Emirates Towers is truly reflective of the experience they seek.

I went for pool and beach access during the weekend. The service was good but the pool was full of kids and too crowded, it used to be very peaceful and relaxing but yesterday it was extremely crowded with kids .. The beach area was good though a bit chill more than the pool area. The price was expensive for adult entrance of 300AED, non redeemable on food or beverages so would have expected more such as half to be redeemable on food at least, other locations in the palm offer the same or less price but at least redeemable.

We went there for Eid holiday and the place was very busy. The staff were friendly, attentive and willing to help but they seemed all new… The buggy drivers and concierge are actually amazing and very helpful. The location of the resort is secluded and makes you feel as if you are on vacation. They have a nice beach, beautiful lagoon across all villas and a few high end restaurants and lounges. The place is kids friendly and has lots of activities to enjoy as a family. The rooms are spacious and neat yet I really feel like they need a touch of technology added to it. The resort looks like it was built with everything in mind 10 years ago, the only comment I would give is that it needs some digital enhancements… for example the do not disturb button is still an old analog system which can be enhanced. Over all i would give it a 7/10 as a whole experience.

We love coming here since many years. It’s wundervoll to see that they invest and renovated the hotel. The new pool is beautiful and baby pool nice as well. The resort is keeped very nice and green with lots of flowers. Both splash parks are beautiful designed for kids. There are plenty things to do for the kids of all ages. Kids club, kids entertainment etc. All staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the whole resort is very good. And tasty. I like that you can go to the other hotel next door to the buffet, took nice ride with the buggy there. Saw you can take also the horse for some pictures in the sea, from the stables what belongs to the hotel next to their golf course. Overall it’s a beautiful resort with lots of pools, since many years and does not get bored to come here. Also kids like to play mini golf. Nice to have a pool only for hotel guest specially it’s 3 Meters deep.

The hotel is ok but it's an hour taxi ride to go to any of the sites. There is absolutely nothing in the immediate area of the resort. It's an hour from downtown in an area that isn't built up yet. The palm island is just piles of sand still. The hotel flies the Russian flag out front...which is weird. Most of the guests are Russians and it feels out of place to be there if you're not Russian. The White Orchid restaurant is well reviewed but the actual experience was not great. The sweet and sour chicken dish, for example, looked and tasted like a microwavable meal. Definably not to Dubai standards. The staff give you a bar code to scan to leave a 5* review for them while you're at the table with the server which explains their high rating. It was just a very basic hotel experience. Nothing special at all and a really inconvenient location. The hotel might be suited to Russian families with children that don't plan on leaving the hotel grounds. Business travelers and tourists from other areas might do better at another location.

The hotel itself is nice however the location, food and service aren’t great. Despite being all inclusive you are required to wait around each meal to sign a bill, no logic for the reason behind this. The food is pretty much the same day in day out. Depending on which hotel as there are 3 you have to travel to another site for lunch and any form of entertainment. There is almost always some conference on which means at times you can’t go to the beach restaurants as they are reserved for a private event or the indoor restaurant is packed out. The location is literally the middle of nowhere, taxis rides are a minimum 45min away to get anywhere and cost minimum 150aed so keep that in mind if you are wanting to visit anywhere. Won’t be returning to this resort.

I had an amazing vacation with my family during the national holiday. Every little thing was extraordinary, the friendly stuff, food and facilities! first and foremost, this hotel is one of the best and raised my standards as an local to a much higher degree. this hotel has amazing views in all of the rooms as i was here 4+ times. the staff are very welcoming and friendly and they assist you properly and provide the best experience. the vibes itself is exciting and everyone seems very happy. the coffee in the lobby is very good and if you’re sitting in the lobby/lounge, you might here the staffs laughing and talking which in very good and it’s nice to hear people conversing and having fun. genuinely this hotel is beautiful and the decor even the smell is absolutely amazing.

All the personnel, especially Mahmoud Abbas - the housekeeper and Ahmad at the reception were so supportive and helped our stay make more pleasant. Massage at spa was one of the best thai massages. We stayed for a week at this lovely gem of a hotel and had a perfect vacation. We received an early check-in after arriving at about 9 am which was quite a treat. The room was beautifully made up, water , snacks and non-alcoholic minibar complementary. Staff was super sweet and helpful, they went out of their way to make this a perfect experience. The food was great as well, especially dinner was something to look forward to. The only thing I would change is the music they played during meal times ;) I'd have opted for something more chill, think Chicane or Cafe del Mar. Since this is the only "negative" thing I could come up with after a whole week, it's obvious how beautiful everything truly was. I will be coming back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Andaz hotel in room 1313 and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with professionalism by the entire staff, from the food service team to the cleaners and waiters. The hotel boasts breathtaking views and stunning pools. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The culinary delights offered at the hotel were beyond delicious, and the staff's attention to detail was remarkable. They even took the extra step of ordering pancakes for my children every morning, which they absolutely loved. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the room, which was meticulously maintained to a high standard throughout my stay. The food service was equally impressive, with each meal served promptly and with a smile. I must extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at the dinner reception, who consistently exceeded my expectations. A special mention goes to Meenakshi from the food service staff, who went out of her way to make my daughter feel welcomed and cherished. Her genuine kindness did not go unnoticed, and my daughter adored her. Although my stay at the Andaz Hotel was fantastic overall, I did encounter a slight disappointment upon arrival. The room booked through my holiday provider unfortunately did not accommodate the four guests in my party as expected. Despite the hotel's best efforts to rectify the situation and accommodate us, they rightfully noted that it was the responsibility of the booking provider to ensure the correct room was reserved. It's important to clarify that this oversight was not the fault of the hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently and was quite impressed with several aspects of my experience. The room was wonderful, offering a beautiful view of the pool and lake. The breakfast selection was exquisite, featuring a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, and meats. Despite being quite full in the morning, the staff quickly assisted us in finding seating. While the morning staff at breakfast were notably helpful, I found the receptionist and concierge desk to be lacking in politeness and friendliness, which is crucial as they are the first impression of the hotel. In the hospitality industry, it's important to understand that a quick smile to new arriving guests sets a positive mood. The hotel offers great facilities, with the exception of the golf course. We booked 18 holes but encountered issues with the availability of rented equipment, which was not as stated on the website. Additionally, the marshals on the golf course were overly aggressive in rushing us from the start, insisting that we 'hurry up' despite being within the intended time frame for completing the course. This behavior was particularly disappointing on such a special occasion as my anniversary. Overall, my experience at the hotel was mixed. While the room, view, and breakfast were delightful, the interactions with staff and the experience at the golf course left much to be desired. I hope that the hotel management will address these issues to maintain the reputation of the JA hotel golf course."

The resort has outstanding facilities and indeed a must-try for families opting for fun and relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the beach and water activitites for the kids. Our room and hotel areas are very clean and well-maintained. Our stay could have been perfect if some staff could have been a bit pleasant to us. The reception staff (May) who did our check-in process sounded very rude/ not pleasant when asked questions about outside food policy and late check-outs - which we understand. I was just asking questions, yet her answers were very sarcastic and not truly what you would expect to those who welcome guests in a hospitality setting. Furthermore, she has accused me of lying/not including kids in the reservation yet it was in mentioned in the original booking - her attention to details and personality needs some work. Despite this, the resort buggy drivers, housekeeping and concierge staff were really pleasant and wonderful. Overall, we had a good stay in the hotel but some staff needs some customer service/ personality training.

I have too many things to say about this incredible place! We have visited twice and it is honestly one of our favorite places in the world. Truly an oasis in the desert, this beautiful resort is green and floral and like a little piece of paradise. There are many pools to enjoy and plenty of beachfront. There are activities for kids and our family was always entertained. The food is incredible, whether from the buffet restaurants or the a la carte restaurants…it’s delicious everywhere. The Lake View hotel is our favorite and is sparkling clean and smells amazing. Getting around the resort is easy with well maintained walking paths and free shuttles to take you anywhere you need to go. The service is wonderful and literally everyone on staff is very friendly and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile and taken care of in every way. I have nothing negative to say about this special oasis and I hope our family can return many times in the future.

Unfortunately i am changing my 5 stars review to 1 star, last year everything was perfect but this year it’s a disaster. The bathroom door handle was broken. my rooms had not been cleaned until I personally spoke to the manager around 4 pm. This lack of attention to cleanliness is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's standards.Lastly, I requested a late check-out of just 30 minutes, which I believe is a reasonable request. However, I was met with refusal, which further added to my disappointment.

Amazing stay at the Waldorf with family. We went to Atlantis last year and was a little worried that our Dubai experience would not be as good but it absolutely exceeded our expectations. Lovely hotel and grounds. Main pool was rammed with kids so we used the adult pool (my kids are 15 and 17) and used the big pool if we wanted to muck around. We did half board and the Italian and Asian restaurants were great. Main buffet was pretty good but was not a huge variety on different nights which I think could be improved. On a couple of occasions we had to chase our drinks orders in the evening but was no big issue. Location is great with good views. Sunset bar is great for a couple of drinks. We had access to the lounge but never bothered going up as we were quite happy beachside.

We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for our first holiday with our 3 month old, the hotel was clean and rooms both spacious with a touch of luxury. Our stay was made fantastic by the staff across the hotel and the hotel’s restaurants, with everyone providing fantastic personal service. Everyone was eager to provide a brilliant service, especially Amy at the family pool who greeted us each day with a smile and helped to make our days at the pool comfortable with the little one. The hotel is fitting with the location but it should be noted that the palm/jumeirah beach is very large so you will need to use taxis to get around. Also huge thanks to the staff at Lao and Social who made our meals very memorable. This was our first visit to Dubai but we will definitely be back.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Waldorf Astoria for 3 days and had a fantastic experience. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a room upgrade. Overall the hotel and the room was amazing, but the the staff and service really stood out the most. Everyone was very nice and helpful at all times. In particular the ladies at the Spa and the staff at the adult pool (Salil and others) provided top class service. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Dubai.

Firstly, I must commend the exceptional room service experience I had during my stay. The food was not only delicious but also delivered promptly and with genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my meal, which truly enhanced my overall experience. However, I must also express some concerns regarding certain aspects of my stay. Unfortunately, I found the attitude of some staff members to be less than welcoming. From encounters with grumpy and rude women reception personnel to dissatisfaction among guests regarding the timing of beach setup by staff at 9Am isn’t that too late?, it was evident that improvements could be made in staff demeanor and guest experience management. Flow hostess are terribly grumpy. I certainly do not wanna be greeted by grumpy frowning staff on my way to have my breakfast early in the morning. I understand that it’s the holidays and the hotel is packed but it’s not our problem that they could be over worked and under pressure from the workload, with respect we paid extra due to holiday session and we expect good ambience While I understand that every establishment may encounter occasional challenges, I believe it's crucial to address these issues to maintain the high standards expected of a hotel like Fairmont The Palm Dubai. With a focus on enhancing staff training and addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively, I'm confident that these challenges can be overcome. Despite these setbacks, I appreciate the efforts of the room service staff and the overall quality of the accommodations. I hope that my feedback will be taken constructively to improve the guest experience for future visitors.

Had my wedding at the Fairmont. Booked the sky garden venue. Beautiful venue and a good value for money. Food was lovely and all guests enjoyed. Events planner comes with the wedding when booking initially very helpful but was not present during the day of the actual wedding when needed most and venue became crowded with hotel guests constantly trying to look in on the wedding. Also started to rain at one point but food was not covered by staff nor did anyone from the hotel arrive to discuss further on what can be done. Room provided for the wedding night was lovely.

Absolutely loved my experience here! It’s not the newest hotel on the Palm Jumeirah but the service was wonderful, the pool was huge, and the food was delicious! The staff here are amazing and very attentive to guests. The restaurants were wonderful! Only critique was that the buffet was not very good. The breakfast was always a solid start to the day but I would skip the buffet for lunch or dinner and eat at one of the restaurants. We also loved the free access to the beach and the easy access to the boardwalk! It made it so easy to explore. Definitely plan to come back.

I stayed at this hotel. Mr. Richard (a very nice guy) welcomed us and took care of our luggage. During check-in, I had a technical problem, the receptionist (whose name I've forgotten, sorry!) did his utmost to help us, and with a lot of patience, thank you to him! Then his colleague Mr. Akhtar upgraded our room and also took care of check-out. Nice view from the terrace and outside the hotel, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. The staff at the beach are nice too, not easy for them given the heat. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, which seems to lack a few things. In short, I recommend this hotel. However, the room was inexplicably cold, despite turning off the AC and keeping the balcony door closed. Additionally, the noise from the next room was disruptive due to a connecting door, and the restriction on ordering food from outside was disappointing.

So this place is an absolute gem. Don’t be worried by how isolated it appears on the journey in, it’s just 25 mins from the Dubai marina and lots of Ubers in close proximity. Something for everyone here, hold, tennis, gym, pools, water sports, horse riding, pools (so many pools), snooker, badminton, kids playgrounds and even cats and peacocks! The foods great, drinks are well made.. I just love it here. Fundamentally it’s the staff and the rooms that are the icing on the cake. Beds turned down daily, that’s missing from a lot of hotels these days.. The staff cannot do enough for you, they are truly wonderful. That made the stay effortless and frictionless. I will return here!

Ive stayed in room 282 and checked in at 19th of April, and to be honest i have not enjoyed the stay due to incident that happened at the pool where my family wanted to order snacks and food while the answer was from the bar is that (no food are served at the pool area) mean while i have literally saw a family having food and drinks from different kind and when i asked the staff about why do they give best service only to the people they want, the answer was (ask the manager). My message to the team is that people should be treated equally and you don’t know who you are having and how highly positioned is the guest you have and i am really disappointed as it was not my first time stay in GHA hotels but i am sure this is my worst experience and waste of holiday with a huge regret. It's a beautiful hotel. Our Family club room was gorgeous. The sea/beach views were stunning. Beds were comfortable. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the indoor pool as my husband and I were not able to be together and kids under 16 were not allowed. This was 1 of the disappointment for us. No word can describe the beach and outdoor pool, it's a must to do for 1 day. If you need to go outside, taxi is always there, very convenient and cheap. Customers service and all staff members are very polite and this is something extremely important for us to decide on coming back in the near future 😀. The Club lounge was something special for us. Especially when you need those quiet moments and a quick snack after 4PM for the Kids. 100% applaud for the manager who handles this club. Our matter was taking into account immediately. Many thanks for the arrangement transportation from the hotel to the airport. That what makes the service superior 👏. Thanks for making our Vacation a memorable one.🥰

As a single woman travelling for work I do NOT recommend it. The cleaning staff just busted into my room while I was naked with a key. Good thing I had the lock on. No knocking and no care whatsoever. Just bust in. I do not feel safe and I have my lock on at all times now. The location is very far on the palms. I think it is good for family vacation.

A wonderful hotel with fabulous facilities. Everything is perfect and I don't say this lightly. There was always space on the beach, the restaurants and bars onsite are amazing and it's brilliant there are so many hotels and restaurants you'll never get bored. The gym was great and especially the lap pool and spa area. All staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. Also the local waterpark (which is free for guests) is ace! Highly recommended and I would love to go back!

The hotel is in a nice area. It’s one of the only hotels in Marina that have a beach and pool area. I really like that they have a big outdoor area. In the hotel area is available with many different cuisine restaurants and kids club. The personal is super helpful and the cleaners too. Obviously the bar is overpriced but comparing of my experience in other hotels it is quite cheaper. The pool is lovely and just the right temperature for me. The beach and pool are is secured with many live guards.

Very luxurious interiors, beautiful beach with 3 large swimming pool and playgrounds for adults and kids. With the best indoor kids club , and variety of restaurants. Our family have just stayed for a few days over Christmas and had the most wonderful time. Without exception, the staff were amazing! I have never experienced a hotel where literally every single member of staff is charming, engaging and polite. Special thanks to Kelvin who gave us exceptional breakfast service. Our children are older and loved it but if you have younger children I highly recommend this resort, especially on Xmas Day, the children’s entertainment was brilliant. The grounds are so spacious it is easy to get some adult space also.

If you haven't been, love your food, then it's a great afternoon. Avail yourself with a fantastic variety of dishes from sushi to steak, cheese to chocolate, and lots in between. There's plenty of drink options available too. Outside dining is our preference, as long as you visit in the cooler months of course. Plenty of photo opportunities, and many options for children to enjoy. Truly our favourite brunch venue.

I stayed in many hotels in Dubai and this was by far the best one! Everything was on point. My biggest compliment to all the staff and management. My favourite part of the day was a delicious Lunch in Pierchic Restaurant and the my best Birthday in my life looking over the Burj Al Arab. The food was exquisite we loved it very much. Water in outdoor showers is always so freezing, never managed to leave the beach and have a shower. Especially for kids it’s just unbearable. All my friends are always complaining on the same . I am surprised the hotel never improved the situation. Kids splash area is also cold most of the time

Outstanding in every way. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The E-butler service was incredibly efficient, and a special thank you to Asha during breakfast and dinner in the Arboretum. The kids club is remarkably well managed. We look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Nice check in, very friendly staff. Good size room with sea view. Shower quality is so so, water takes a long time to get hot and the water pressure not strong enough. House keeping is great Ali took really good care of us and the room. Great pool area very big. Very nice beach. The beach beds are really uncomfortable this was a big negative. Beach staff are very nice. One negative is driving into and out of the hotel can be a nightmare. There are many hotels on this resort including huge boardwalk and playground for kids. The traffic is bumper to bumper sometimes it takes 15 to do 100 meters. Sometimes it took us 20 minutes to get to the main road which is 200 meters away.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rixos Premium JBR. Its location is perfect at the beach near the Marina bay. Our plane landed early morning but it was possible to get our room before breakfast. The Premium Two Bedroom Suite is very spacious, well equipped and has over 180 degree panorama view to the beach. The hotel is clean, breakfast is amazing. The staff is professional. The only thing to note is that the windows can not be opened anywhere in the room so you can't let fresh air in but of course the AC worked well. Definitely recommended!

I stayed at the Rixos Premium Dubai and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly, the rooms were luxurious, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai! Scam on the beach. In past we stayed in hotel and everything went well. Right now we change our hotel to five. Then our beach was full we choose to use Rico’s beach. We asked for a rent of sunbed and they said what here is deposit 600 AED with refunds 300 of it. When we come back to ask for refund they said what there is no refund. So this staff is scam. Never will use such a terrible hotel in my life. Wanna have bad holiday? Choose Rixos with worse beach access and scam.

Just in front of the world only first 7 star luxurious hotel The burj Al arab. Beautiful view . You will feel you are at heaven on the earth. I had wow amazing experience with this place. And. Every staff is very helpful and they will guide you at every step. Hats off to them.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, the housekeeping team were amazing and left surprises for our daughter which she adored. The whole team were really sweet and always waved and chatted with her. The service was impeccable at each place in the hotel. The beach is beautiful and very well looked after, as well as the pools and numerous places to see. All in all an amazing hotel, especially with kids. Edit: they did originally put us in a horrendously noisy room and after two days of loud music and parties from the beach club we complained and they moved us to a peaceful room overlooking the adult pool. I wouldn't recommend putting a family with a baby in the room we were in, really not very fair but at least they moved us after we complained.

Exceptionally overpriced and overcrowded - an upmarket charter resort. We visited as a couple in February 2024, on our babymoon looking forward to a relaxing stay experiencing the finest 5-star hospitality from the Jumeirah group. Sadly, we experienced the complete opposite. If you are a couple - this is not a couples resort - it is an overcrowded family resort where they pack you in - do not consider if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. Context: before arriving, we stayed nearby at The One & Only The Palm where we paid less and it included breakfast. The difference between that experience and this one was night and day. The Kerzner group (One & Onlys owners) put Jumeirah to shame on every single metric. We went from having an experience we wanted to tell all our friends about to one that we wanted to leave having felt completely miss-sold. Key points below: Marketing material is misleading - some snippets from their Instagram: 'Settle into idyllic bliss when you stay at our seaside oasis'. 'Unwind with a romantic staycay for two at our beachside oasis and experience comfort and opulence like no other'. Mostly accompanied with imagery of young couples. - The marketing imagery is pictures of the pools with two sun loungers spaced generously apart. The reality: banks of 4 sun loungers right on top of each other crammed in with little personal space. The marketing copy is misleading. - You have to scroll back to August 2023 (75 instagram posts previously) to find any mention or images of families/kids. Yet the resort was 95% families. It is fine to be focused on families, but don’t miss sell it so couples like us have our one special holiday of the year ruined. Al Naseem is not exclusive - it allows other hotel guests in - Al Naseem sits at a considerably higher price point than the other Jumeirah hotels in the complex. However, aside from the bedrooms - we cannot see any benefit to paying considerably more. Other hotel guests were allowed to use Al Naseems sunbeds, their breakfast, their bars and their restaurants. There was seemingly no benefit to having paid for the "premium" hotel. Zero exclusivity. Pools & Beach - There are 3 pools in Al Naseem. The two main pools were crowded beyond belief - rammed at every spot. Absolute bedlam, noisy kids running everywhere. Way too full and nowhere near a 5-star experience. -The adults pool is surrounded by hundreds of rooms with kids on the balconies making noise. - The spec is markedly below par for the pricepoint: sunbeds are cheap looking and the towels were like ones you'd get at a 2/3 star hotel; thin coarse and fraying - looked old and tired. Whereas the One&Only had plush thick soft indulgent towels on spaced-out sunbeds with seclusion. - Beach: beach is rammed with sunbeds - the spacing meant they felt on top of one and other. We tried to read our books and sink into our holiday, no chance with kids so close. - Beach: Despite being thousands of dollars more per night, Al Naseems sunbeds are no nicer than any of the other hotels, and anyone can use them from all hotels. Restaurants - The breakfast queues at the main restaurant - The Palmery - were like a scene out of Benidorm. - This was overflowing because they were allowing guests from the other hotels to access The Palmery - what precisely are you paying extra for then? Other guests - 70% of guests were of one particular nationality - a nation who's president invaded their neighbour in February 2022. Frequently rude to staff and obnoxious which made for uncomfortable viewing. The resort staff are lovely hardworking people and deserve to be treated with dignity. Resort taking advantage of this nations lack of travel options and inflating prices - short term opportunism, long term brand damaging.

Loved the food and drinks! We tried the wings, pork belly chops and flatbread. All tasted really nice. Happy hours run till 8pm . Beers are priced around 35 aed. During my recent visit for Quiz Night on Wednesday, the ambiance buzzed with excitement. However, the quiz itself leaned heavily towards UK, USA, and Scotland-centric questions. Given Dubai's diverse cultural tapestry, a broader range of topics could have enhanced the inclusivity of the event. Outdoor seating area was much crowded, compared to inside area. They have free parking in the podium floors, you just need to get it validated.
