The location of the resort is truly exceptional, boasting a stunning landscape and a wide range of facilities. The beach, in particular, is a standout feature with its sandy shoreline and plethora of enjoyable activities. The animation team is consistently active and engaged, while the staff as a whole are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist.
The accommodation options, including premium rooms, are well-maintained and benefit from excellent housekeeping services. The food and drink selection is diverse and high-quality, with great attention paid to the use of fresh and flavorful ingredients.
Finally, the reception team and managers are commendable for their welcoming and efficient approach, particularly in regard to the reservation process. Overall, the resort offers a top-tier experience that is sure to leave a lasting impression on guests

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the rooms can be more neat and the service to get an extra bed after arriving at 2a.m. in the night, we had to wait 90 minutes before it came, after a very tiring journey.
Also on the sealing in the lobby there is a lot of leaks visible, it doesn't look very well maintained. It could you use a little bit of paint.
Mariama of the animation team is a very kind woman that is always there to bring you happiness. Good hotel, will come back!

Everything was perfect! Maybe rooms need to be more cleaner, but what room services left on our beds compensates everything. Food was really good and stuff was amazing! The time we spent there was amazing and unforgettable. Thank u for everything! ❤️

Room service, reception and all hotel staff even the doctor makes you feel you’re here for free 🤷🏻♂️

If you’re a coffee person this is NOT your place 🥲
And it’s far from anything good in town.
Parking is small and they make you park outside in streets.
Overall experience like an old 3 Star hotel…

1. Room(2.8/5): Rooms are big, and the bed was nice. The toilet door is loud, made of glass. The room was very dirty even though it was "cleaned" before we entered. The balcony was even worse because it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The AC was very loud and didn't really cool off the room that much. And you couldn't close the balcony door, you could slide it but not fully close. Also the hotel next to ours had some work done under our window which was very loud.
2. Food(2.1/5): The food in the restaurant that is covered by our all inclusive package was less than mediocre. None of the food had salt, pepper or any spice. The meat was often very dry and hard to eat. We pretty much only ate french fries and grilled meat. The desserts were pretty much all the same with the cheapest ingridients. Drinks were mostly poured from plastic 2l bottles and the glasses for drinks were really small. We also ate in Pablo's Italian restaurant(2.7/5) where you get 4 dishes(showed in pictures) for 50$, but we had one free meal in our vacation package. That dinner was also nothing special, only the chicken was really nice and considering that one night with all-inclusive service in the hotel costs around 50$ per person I would say that it's too expensive. It's 50$ if you want breakfast, lunch, or dinner which also doesn't make sense. The glasses and silverware were also dirty and sticky most of the time.
3. Personel(0.9/5): Before coming here I heard that I should tip but I didn't think that I had to tip the reception to get a room on time. In my country the personel is usually first nice to you and then you give them a tip but here it's expected that you tip first and then they give you a good service which is pretty much just a normal good service, essentially you are paying to get what you paid for in your package. House cleaning regularly forgot to restock shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper even though I left tips almost every day. Sometimes they wouldn't leave enough towels. And in the restaurant one of the cleaning guys tried to steal my phone in front of me, I just looked at him he returned the phone and disappeared. I was just left shocked in my seat.
4. Hotel(1/5): In online pictures the hotel looked magnificent but in reality it was old and dirty. The tables in bars were sticky and often unbalanced. Every window was dirty. The lights in the lobby are always flickering.
5. Location(0/5): The hotel is located in Sahl Hasheesh so when ever we wanted to go somwhere it would take us an hour longer. Also there were not many gift shops so souvenirs were really expensive but you didn't really have a choice. Luckily we bought our souvenirs in Cairo and they were 2x cheaper. Not to talk about everything being more expensive because you are a foreigner.
5. Overall experience(2/5): After this trip I will never come back to this hotel, and honestly maybe even to Egypt.
