Betancuria Old Town is also a spot to wander around, stemming back to the 15th century and is famous for its history as Fuerteventura’s former capital.
White Beaches
Most visitors to this island will head towards either the north or south of the island. Corralejo may be full of bars and restaurants, but you’ll also enjoy some peace on its many beaches.
For families, Costa Caleta is a brilliant choice. It was purpose built, so everything is in easy reach, and a great way to relax with the kids.
For someone more in search of adventure, head to Costa Calma, which has a great surfing beach and is extremely picturesque.
