Please read the reviews on this place it is in your favour to do so.
Went for an all inclusive 7 night holiday and regretted it!
On arrival the receptionist was moody and there was no welcome. Basically here is a map find your room yourself!
On entering the room I thought I had gone back in time. All the pictures you see must be very old as all the rooms are so outdated. NO KETTLE!! asked at reception for one and they said they had to put me on a waiting list...unbelievable. There was no pan in the kitchen, no cups, no glasses apart from the ones you get in the bathroom. 1 tiny bin also in the bathroom. Bedroom has 2 single beds which have springs sticking out. I ended up sleeping on the couch in the living area. No extra pillows.
There is a TV in the living room that fell out the 90's but no remote as you have to pay extra for this. There were cobwebs that had been there quite a while, considering the maid comes every day, the cleaning was not great.
The restaurant is very badly set up, it reminded me of school dinners with the layout and you end up having strangers basically sit with you. They were laid out too close to the food so there were people stepping over each other and people pushing in as there was no system in place. The food was okay on some nights and generally bad on others. The staff all act like they don't want to be there and are quick to rush you out of the dining room.
We escaped the hotel quite a few times and ended up eating out most days. There are some lovely bars and restaurants in Costa de Silencio and I really liked the area.
Please avoid West haven bay tea room they do not like english people and were very rude to myself and my partner so we left.
There are activities at the hotel for example table tennis, pool and a dart board but they will not let you have the darts as they are a security issue. This hotel has suffered from a lot of fighting and problems in the past which I was told by someone who regularly goes. They stop serving at 10:30pm and everything shuts.
This hotel needs money spending on it. It is run down, needs a good paint job and staff training wouldn't go a miss. Personally I would say its a 2 star not 3.
If you still book after reading this more fool you!

Nice, busy place with plenty activities to do during the day/night. The staff are friendly and the weather is superb.
My apartment was large with a small cooker and decent sized fridge. The room had 2 single beds. I was alone but couple who wanted to stay in a similar room could easily put the beds together.
The food was okay but it always depends on your taste buds. Plenty choice at the buffet but there are takeaways and restaurants in town if you'd like a change.
I'd definitely go back....but I'd definitely wear sun cream this time.

We have been at this hotel only a few hours and already we have seen 3 cockroaches in our room. Stay tuned for more!
Edit: 6 cockroaches in total in the space of 3 nights. The cleanliness of the hotel is unacceptable over all. Facilites are very outdated, and the animation and service staff are carrying this hotel on their shoulders.
The location is also very bad, not close to anything notable except for a fun salsa bar in an old precinct.
It has to be said that my friends and I have shared many laughs here at this hotel, because it has been an experience staying here, but a note for anyone that has stayed in all inclusive hotels before; don't stay here.
Final edit: 7 cockroaches over the course of the 4 days. An experience that could be compared to bushtucker trials.

Just returned from a 6 night all inclusive break at the Palia Don Perdo. I would like to say that I had a great time the food and drinks were excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet area near Los Galletas and is in walking distance to both some supermarkets and restaurants. There is a bus stop nearby where you can catch buses into Los Cristianos for the main beaches, town and Sunday Market. There is some limited free car parking in the streets around the hotel also, but this is on a first come basis.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break with good food and drinks, and a good pool.
Top tips: Yes the rooms are a little dated but they are cleaned every day, and this is after all a 3 Star hotel. I would recommend a room that overlooks the pool. The hotel has a great policy that does not allow anyone to reserve sunbeds and if so then the towels are removed.
I would happily return to this hotel again.

It is a small complex albeit a little tired. Pleasant swimming pool, plenty of activities for young or old. Very handy for shops and restaurants, convenient bus stop towards main towns. As it is a small place, not a large dining room, so not as much choice, however there was choice. Some members of staff were wonderful but others were extremely rude.
