Fortunate enough to be illuminated by the sun all year round, Gran Canaria offers a playground of beaches, outdoor activities and cultural enrichment. Whether you’re visiting for the island’s miles of white sand or its other varied beautiful landscape its weather in December is sure to draw you there. Temperatures top around 22 degrees on the island, meaning you can get a winter tan. Hike its breath-taking volcanic landscapes, or visit popular harbour towns such as Puerto Morgan.
