Stunning hotel with exceptional staff! We never wanted to leave because it offered everything we desired: a pool, beach, and incredible restaurants (including a Michelin-starred one). The only drawback was the pool seating; they should prioritize hotel guests as some days we had to wait for day pass holders to vacate chairs. However, the rooms were ultra-modern and truly luxurious, earning a solid five stars.

The most amazing experience and accommodations. The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff among the best. True hospitality in every way. This property is so clean and stocked with free amenities that you do not see in other hotels. It is family friendly but you don't see children running around unattended. There are multiple eateries and the food is very good. Lots of other choices near by as well to eat.

2021, I had the most incredible experience at W Palm, and I couldn't be happier with my stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive.
The highlight of my visit was the Ed Jacuzzi – a unique and luxurious experience that added a touch of sophistication to my stay. The food was exceptional, offering a diverse and mouthwatering selection that satisfied my taste buds at every meal.
The beach at palm was pristine and offered a serene escape, perfect for relaxation. The party atmosphere was vibrant and enjoyable, creating a lively energy that added to the overall excitement of my stay.

I am here by USSEC an organization who invited and arranged everything. Believe me i have seen amazing customer service. They keep you offering water since u have to wait a little at reception. They keep on asking if you are being assisted. Great Ambiance, good food big clean rooms

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of their manager. I worked for 10 years as an F&B manager in Dubai, for a very big brand, but due to my respect I have never met such a disrespectful person like in W. She had the worst attitude I could see in someone representing a brand like W.
Furthermore I hope you take this as a constructive feedback and sincerely hope you will do a training for customers service and the importance of how they should respond, hospitality has no place for a bad attitude especially from someone in a high position.
