The rooms and views were awesome; we got the "Signature Aegean Room Sea View with Jacuzzi", the salt pool was great. Front desk service was below average; when we checked in staff did not explain the room amenities or what our booking covered, they just gave us the keys and sent us to room; breakfast was covered, but we only found out when we paid our total at checkout; the food we order at the pool was delicious and pool service staff was awesome. Location is not great since the hotel did not have their shuttle to Old Town Mykonos we had to pay taxi $25 each way for a 10 minutes ride; the hotel staff claims that they have a shuttle, but not until May 10. For whatever reason we were getting calls very early in the morning almost daily; we get up early every day and was not an issue for us, but probably an inconvenience for others.

Very nice rooms. Enjoyed the two person hot tub on the patio and the infinity pool on our other room. I don’t think they all have these, but it was not busy. We were there in May before it gets too busy. All of the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Most spoke some English. The included huge breakfast buffet is excellent. Awesome views and the sunsets were the best. This place has the feel of an all inclusive, but it isn’t and we had a decent size bill when we checked out as we had put a lunch and dinner on the room. The restaurants are good, but overpriced like much of Mykonos. Only real negative would be location. There were seven of us in our party and we paid $40 or more each time we wanted to go somewhere. The buses apparently are not reliable. Maybe rent vespas for several days if there is a place to park them…. We walked 15 minutes down into town to the market and bakery which were great. There isn’t much of a shoulder on the road and it’s uphill going back.

The room was neat, but the bathroom tub/ shower is severely in need of updating. There was no view in the basement rooms, but there was a hot tub, which does not make up for the view. People go to the resort in search of a beautiful view.
Service..5 starts stars!! They have the most pleasant and helpful staff.
Location...5 stars! Ah-ma-zing!!! Unbeatable views!

Overall the hotel is nice, not 5* though.
Well kept premises. Very clean. The hotel has a private beach, with all services which was very convenient. The main pool is salted water pool. The breakfast was great, everything of high standard and quality. The check in process was smooth with drinks offered while waiting. The rooms are clean and spacious. A little bit outdated, but still very comfortable.
A lot of stairs between the villas. We received a room with 2 flights of stip stairs although we were traveling with a baby.
The jacuzzi bath in the garden was broken, and a technician was sent on the 2nd day. He was not able to repair the bath, but he was working on it in the garden every day for the rest of our stay, which was somewhat uncomfortable.
Attention- chech your charges at the checkout. The pool stuff forged the tip amount by x3 for our order at the pool, which I discovered at the checkout and was then corrected at reception. Also there were minibar charges for 2 rooms, while we did not use the minibar. These were canceled immediately by the reception, after we checked our bill before the checkout.
Don't order food at the pool, the quality is bad. The nuggets and the burger for example were not properly cooked.

My experience at Saint John Villas and Spa was truly exceptional. The staff at the pool went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and enjoyment throughout my visit. Their attentiveness and friendliness made me feel like a valued guest. The service was impeccable, and the staff's knowledge and professionalism were remarkable. I was thoroughly impressed and highly recommend this resort for its magnificent staff and outstanding service at the pool.
