Two gold medals for the staff and location.
The staff was professional, courteous and even friendly at time. Well done.
For late arrival the person at the reception needs to establish a better process to direct guests to their room, it was a challenge to find the correct building in the dark .
Puerto is heavily populated so the hotel gardens were welcoming. The mature plants are splendid.
Bus stop to main touristic towns opposite the entrance.
The major let down was the food.
The Hotel encourages Inclusive and tours, The food was abundant, non descriptive, basic and often cold.
But guests seem to enjoy it.
I was simply in the wrong hotel for food.
The Hotel is in need of TLC, worn out carpet.
I didn't get why my bedding was made of small sheets on the top of each others.. ?

We had a very nice stay at this hotel (half board)
the food was good and a little bit different every day. definitely not suited for vegetarians or vegans.
staff was always super friendly and helpful.
we would’ve wished to recieve more information in the reception (about towels, events at the hotel, drinks and snacks around the hotel)
everything else was amazing

Bit of a trek to main town and all up steep hills on return. Breakfast was ok but never had other meals as it was a buffet for dinner. Room basic but very clean. Balcony didn't have any view as it looked onto another building. There are rooms with a view of the pool though.

It was pretty nice, not really what I was expected . The location looks much better in the pictures . We was young and we felt that we did not belong there. The hotel was full of older people, at the reception they said is a pool party every night till 24:00 , that pool party they mentioned was about old music in German and French. Once at dinner, we saw two of the waitresses looking at us and talking. one of them always looked at us badly and made us feel bad, even when she brought us something or we asked her something, you could see that she has a rude manner . The pool was nice , the other staff was nice always smiling and say "Holla" 😂 rooms was clean every day. The food is ok , not great.

Hotel review - Avoid
Bar staff are nice except Julio who is grumpy not sure if its because his english is bad or he just hates the british.
The guy who I met at reception when I arrived around 11pm was unfriendly, his english was bad and his instructions to my room was not clear so I ended up running around having the biggest autistic meltdown ever crying but then a bar staff member (not julio obvs) calmed me down and gave me better instructions.
The picnic bag they give you when you arrive late had sandwiches that tasted awful.
Pool is great.
Room as soon as I found it was fine but wifi in the room sucks.
Food at the restaurant is amazing I highly reccommend paying all inclusive you get free food and drink but be warned gets busy.
If you want to visit nearby town to eat out you may need practise as I got lost first two times and coming back you have to walk up 4 steep hills.
Restaurant staff are always stressed out
Cleaners keep themselves to themselves but do a great job deserve higher pay than the other miserable lot.
Entertainment is meh more catered for the french and german.
Those O Club experience guys only seem to like the spanish and french guests.
The german guests are polite but the french and spanish ones like to give us guests evils a lot.
Room had a fridge that kept your drinks icy and cold
Mostly french, germans and spanish here but not many brits.
Not a big hit with the 18 - 25s but old people dont bother me I as a 28 year old am like an old man already.
Hotel is miles away from everywhere and I got lost going out exploring to begin with so the first 5 days I was pretty much stuck at the hotel most of the time which sucked for me because I enjoy going out and about but if you like to stay in the same place then this place is for you if you can put up with not being very liked.
I would not reccommend this hotel personally but if you like to remain at the hotel then this place is for you. The staff are a bit grumpy about the brits but if you behave like a true gentleman or lady by not acting like an obnoxious drunk then after a week not all but some WILL start being a bit nicer to you just need to truly show that us brits can respect tenerife however, tui do us a favor, stop sending us brits here its clear we are not that welcome here.
However both the hotel and heck even north tenerife was not a very friendly place so is on my list of places I will not be returning to.
3 star from me
