Recently we went on long waiting holiday in this nightmare hotel that is considered 4* hotel which I won't even give a 3*, we are not picky people but for the experience we were very much disappointed, first was the food that was very bland and spicy (not hot), there was options to choose from but EVERYTHING WAS SPICY, one day we were served bitter dirty fish with raw potatoes, the pasta was soggy from vegetable oil, the soups were all sour and bad taste, the only thing that was good was the bread and chai, on the pool bar the only thing that caught my eye were cockroaches and the cake time is totally not what you'll expect, dry and salty biscuits... The beach was maybe 3min walk with sunbeds and umbrella, you have to be lucky to get them, because there were deficiency considering the number of guests in the hotel, the beach is narrow and small with fine sand and pebbles in the entrance of the sea. I would not recommend the hotel if you are not cat lover, because there are 15 cats which they eat were you eat, use the hotel shops as their personal bathroom where it comes very nasty odor. The cats also threw up everywhere and the staff didn't clean them right away, which would explain the terrible smell when you first walk in the hotel, you had to hold your breath to come to the elevators to go to your room. The rooms were clean but they didn't change the bedding everyday, they maybe changed once while I was there. The cleaning lady would come into the room even if you said no, and while you were sleeping. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries if you don't want to shower with a detergent for plates. Even though they had solar panels there wasn't hot water at any time. When I came back from the beach to shower I noticed there wasn't any hot water so when I called the front desk and no one answered magically there was hot water. I was also disappointed by the waiters because the didn't let you finish your food, they will take the plate in front of you if you paused eating for 5 seconds. I felt rushed and also disgusted by the cats climbing on the table.
We would never recommend this hotel if you don't want the same experience.
Thank you for your time and patience (sorry for the long review).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Infinity Beach Hotel in Alanya. First and foremost, the hotel serves delightful Mediterranean food, truly capturing the essence of the region's flavors. Additionally, the staff, although not fluent in English, always approached guests with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help, which I found endearing. Another delightful aspect was the presence of adorable cats in the lobby, adding a touch of warmth to the hotel’s atmosphere.
Nevertheless, my stay was not without its challenges. The language barrier occasionally made communication with the staff tricky. The room, although kept clean, had a noticeable humidity, which was slightly discomforting. The air conditioning was another issue; not only did it lack efficiency in cooling the room, but it also seemed to trigger a persistent cough in me. Adjacent to the hotel, the beach, with its hilly terrain, wasn't well-maintained, making it unsuitable for children. Furthermore, the presence of a nearby sewer exuded an unpleasant odor, detracting from the overall beach experience.
Given that Infinity Beach is a budget hotel, some imperfections are to be anticipated. However, while it has its charms, potential guests should be aware of these points to set their expectations appropriately.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I feel compelled to share my experience. This so-called "4-star" hotel proved to be a far cry from what it claims to be.
One of the most glaring issues was the language barrier. Some of the staff's inability to speak English effectively made communication really difficult. Simple requests turned into frustrating, time-consuming ordeals, and it left me feeling frustrated.
Next, the hotel's deceptive star rating was evident from the moment I walked in. This place is a solid 3-star establishment at best. The claims of being a 4-star hotel are an exaggeration and nothing more than false advertising. At night only 3 stars are lit up because maybe once they were a 4 star hotel but not anymore. The overall condition of the property and the services provided fall well short of what one would expect from a genuine 4-star experience.
The alcoholic beverages were good, especially the beer, but the juices were powder mixed with water (Be careful - they put water from the hose in the machine at the beach bar) and the coffee machine offered more options but really only had a few types of coffee. They served the beverages in cheap plastic cups. For a hotel that insists on calling itself a 4-star establishment, this is inexcusable. It gives the impression that cost-cutting measures have been prioritized over guest comfort and satisfaction.
The food, while good, was monotonous. The lack of variety and creativity in their menu left much to be desired. I expected more from a hotel that boasts a higher star rating.
The Turkish bath and spa facilities, which should have been a highlight of my stay, were a major letdown. They were non-operational. It's disappointing to see such amenities advertised without any intention of maintaining or providing them.
The elevator was another headache-inducing issue. It malfunctioned repeatedly during my stay. This is not what one expects when paying for a supposedly upscale hotel experience.
Even the mini fridge in the room didn't work properly because you have to have the key put in your room to have electricity, so it was always warm.
Positive comments: The beach was really close, but the beach bar was the same machine at the hotel. The bartender was really friendly and nice and the general manager and one older employee were really helpful when we had some questions about nearby activities. The hotel had a great location.

The people working on the counter don't know english and the attitude towards you as a customer is quite bad. The WiFi is only present in the Lobby so paying 2 euro/dollars for that and expecting to have it in the room will not be possible.
The food was tasty and the sweets were really well made. The only issue is that people hoard the food like they have not seen any food at all. It looked like a feeding frenzy which was so embarrassing to see.
Even though the hotel is cat friendly, the cats are an issue since they are all around the hotel, lobby and the dining area which calls hygiene into question.
The older gentleman that worked there was really kind, and was the only one telling us where we can go and what we can visit in the nearby Alanya.
The Turkish Bath, Spa, Ping Pong, Volley Ball are nonexistent in the hotel so if you're booking while taking those into consideration don't bother. I was quite disappointed with that.
The beach of the hotel was standard. It had sand and rocks with nothing special. You have sun beds with umbrellas and a hut on the beach where you can pour juice or water but I was against that since it looked quite out of place and dirty.
The hotel had a pool with sunbeds but a person got a rash from using the sun beds, I think it was due to the cats using them during the night if he was allergic but it may have been something else as well.
The room cleaning was nothing special, If you used the towels and threw them next to the sink they would replace them with new ones the next day but the bed sheets never. I had a dirty pair of bed sheets that wasn't changed for our entire stay even though I mentioned that to them and showed them as well. For a "4" star hotel that at least would be taken care of but I think this hotel is just marketed as a 4 star one where in fact it's a 3 star hotel.
The great thing about this hotel was that it was in the vicinity of two shopping malls, one big super market, a big market for souvenirs, tea's, and a lot of other goodies. If you want to go to Alanya you can take the number 50 Bus for 1 euro and in 10 mins you are in the city center so it has a nice location.
I won't be coming back to this hotel in the future but I will for sure visit the area again since there were a lot of places I would like to visit.

If you don't speak english or russian than this hotel is not for you.
Nobody speaks english. Rare...
But, all the staff is very very kind. The owners as well. They all try really hard, there you can feel the family feeling... but the communication is very difficult.
All of them are trying to help with all their heart for any questions, but don't know how to express that in other language. So,if you are not big group and stay longer or you go alone, you may" forget to speak" 😑😁
However this Hotel is for 3* i.e. average, economical and really quiet. Please do not have big expectations. The food is traditional, typical homemade food, not too choices what to eat...My room was clean.
The hotel beach is simple and ok. The water in the sea is clean. The hotel beach is not marked with fence, it's open in every side which makes it to have the most beautiful sunset in Alanya.
