Great location, Amazing View pet friendly hotel!
Great value to have a view of the sea! The view from our room was amazing. It's pet friendly and the rooms are decent! Staff were friendly. Location is great but you cant park in the hotel as there is no parking specific for the hotel. Parking is 150m away and I recommend to reserve it with the hotel so they can prepare the parking ticket for you.
We got the family room. Elevator near staircase was not working (they had it fixed up next day). There were no toiletries in the bathroom except for 1 toilet paper (1ply) and 1 small piece bar soap (theres no soap dish). There is shampoo and shower gel on the wall of the bath area. Left side of the sliding door to the balcony doesn't lock. One of the beds which was unfortunately my side, had some pieces of sharp plastic pieces in the middle of the bed, it was way under the cover sheets so it was there before we got there.
Overall I think it’s a great hotel considering the location and amazing view of the sea. We mainly chose this as this was a dog friendly hotel.

I was considering staying for a few more days but the breakfast made the decision for me. Absolute mental breakfast offering, and very badly organised, one push button coffee machine to service over 40 people. ‘Bacon’ was like hard plastic, the scrambled eggs were actually sweet! Didn’t fancy chicken fried rice for breakfast either.
A lot of details missed. I definitely would not describe it as refurbed, more so a lick of paint and some loud wallpaper. There’s no real pop art inspired design here apart from the vinyl decals, certainly isn’t shown in the rest of the features.

Absolutely a fantastic hotel, service, room, panorama to spectacular Benidorm and the beaches! Friendly staff very helpful and we've had a SUPERBE holiday with our 3 cats whom enjoyed also the panorama from the balcony! Can't wait to return! Need mention the divine breakfast buffet as well, and the fun decorations which made our stay absolutely amazing and fun time! Heart of Benidorm, easy access to playa and Old Town with the busy social life!!! Gracias, hasta pronto!! 💖🐈⬛🐈😻🌍🌅💥🥰💒

When we arrived the staff were lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was very disappointing, no much choice and didn’t taste nice, ended up eating out instead. We stayed there for 6 nights and on the 5th night we came back to find water coming from the light in our room, so informed reception who came straight up to check it then went into the bathroom and saw mould above the shower then proceeded to poke holes in the ceiling for water to come gushing out, then also stood there and lifted the ceiling up and said the ceiling can collapse. We were then told it was safe and nothing to worry about and nothing can be done till the morning. So we had to stay in a room with mould, water coming from the ceiling and light and didn’t feel safe in there at all! Wasn’t until I went down to reception the following morning to get a key for another room as they didn’t seem to rush to move us. Very disappointed and definitely won’t be returning. Only upside to all of this was the beach was right over the road and plenty of places near by to eat, drink and shop.

This was our 4th short stay in two months at the Casual Pop Art Benidorm. You can probably tell we like it here!
It's got refurbished modern, clean and fresh rooms, the most comfortable beds and a perfect location for Old Town but best of all the manager and her team are superb and there's always a friendly welcome.
There are nice touches in the rooms too like a small fridge, blackout curtains and big walk in shower cubicles in the bathroom (there's also a footstool in the bathroom if needed).
Rooms at the front of the hotel have great sea and prom views and varying sizes of balcony and terrace. All the rooms we have stayed in have been of good size (but different shapes). We would highly recommend this hotel for the complete package.
