we arrived here on the 25th of August for two weeks. We arrived a few hours late at 3am to a room that we had not originally booked.
We were placed in a triple room rather than one bedroom apartment. Although two days later we were moved to our one bedroom apartment.
Due to this mixup, we were offered two days of free half-board service. We were also given free Wi-Fi for our stay. We really appreciate this.
due to arriving so late in the kitchen was closed. One of the barman Kemal, ordered food from a restaurant for us as we had not eaten in 12 hours. This was organised by the manageress, Seyda.
Our apartment and everything you needed in it. It had a single hob, a toasty machine and a kettle, along with the sink. The appointment was basic, but it was very clean and spacious.
Also, thank you to Mehmet the barman for sourcing Guinness for my dad, when he requested if there was any in the bar and there was not.
I would recommend the steak night at the hotel as the steak was probably the best that we had throughout our whole holiday.
The pool facilities are fantastic, along with the onsite restaurant and mini Mart. there are three supermarkets within a stones throw of the hotel too. BIM, Carrefour & a Migros.
also a short walk from the hotel are a few bars, we would definitely recommend the flying horse for food and skys bar for karaoke and cocktails!
As a family, my parents and I have been to Turkey over 20 times and found this to be one of the most pleasant hotels we had stayed at.
if you're thinking about coming to the Side area, I would definitely stay here as it is central to everything and you can even walk into Antik Side (old town). As well as getting a dolmus into Manavgat and the Nova Mall too!
thank you very much to Seyda and her family for such a pleasant stay in Türkiye. tesekkür ederim!

If you’re expecting something soo luxurious then this hotel isn’t for you. I stayed here for a boys holiday, it was amazing staff were always ready to help you out and room was cleaned daily. Also bed shower everything is what you just need. And people staying are also really friendly and pool is great. Highly recommend. Also you’re close to the bazaars and shops. Great hotel

POSITIVES:
Room cleaned every day.
The pool was large, and kept clean.
NEGATIVES:
£160 for air conditioning & safety deposit box charged on arrival.
Food was expensive, and of poor quality.
Drinks were expensive, and very limited.
There is nothing to do around the hotel.
Nothing happening in the evening (in or around the hotel).

Clean and tidy with lovely friendly staff and beautiful pool area.
The area is quiet but has everything you could want and a market every Saturday 2 minutes away if that.
Hotel puts nights on thoroughly recommend the Turkish night

Stayed 11 nights in Aug 23. We had a few problems arriving at 4am. Fridge door didn't shut. Balcony handle fell off. Air con in bedroom leaked all over my bed an pillows. But was all put right next morning. Basic room but cleaned daily. Fresh towels daily. Beds changed once. All staff are friendly an helpfull except the miserable man on reception who never smiled. Pool area is nice, but not enough room to get everyone around, and trees need cutting back so you can walk around the pool. Drinks are expensive from the pool bar. Eg:- 1.5LT WATER AT POOL BAR 40LIRA. THE SHOP other side of pool 5LT WATER FOR 15LIRA. not much around, only 3 bars in walking distance. The sky's bar is great, flying horse next door is lovely food & some night entertainment. The red lion about 10 mins walk but OK. Bus on main road goes one way to old town, other way to Manavgat. Free shuttle bus from hotel to private beach is a great day out, food & drink are more expensive but worth it. Enjoyed our stay.
