I’ll start with the good. It’s a lovely clean hotel and staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool is lovely but freezing and the pool bar area is fabulous. The food is excellent. I really liked the range and quality. We had some early issues with our room. The water from the hot tap was running brown and it took a few attempts and our fabulous Jet2 rep to get it sorted.
My biggest issue with this hotel is how noisy it is at night. The doors to the rooms cannot be fire doors they are too flimsy and they don’t fit into the surround. Light from the corridor beams through the bottom top and sides as the doors are too small and overnight and every single word uttered in the hallway is heard in room. The bathroom door is at least 3 inches short too meaning everything is heard in the bathroom from outside. The corridors at night are noisy with groups of people stopping to chat throughout the night. We were woken 3 or 4 times a night every night from around 11pm through to 5am. Raucous chat and laughter and it feels like it’s in your room. The doors being changed to good quality hotel standard doors would make a massive difference here, so in short a nice hotel but if you are looking for peace and rest you will not find it here sadly …

It's a fantastic hotel and it's massive the outside space was great. Nice pool bar but stops doing food at 7 so you have the buffet for the rest of the evening. I asked 2 people how much the buffet was but they couldn't tell me but also didn't offer to find out. The buffet was OK but we had been spoiled over the last week with some amazing restaurants in skipolos. It's very near a great beach and they do run busses to the main town.

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! We stayed in the newer part of the building and it was beautiful, we had a large balcony with views over the coastline and a great sized room with a shower and bath.
The hotel itself was brilliant, great food and drinks and the more ‘premium’ restaurant was a lovely evening treat for the views alone! The swimming pool was great and never too busy. There’s also a shuttle bus to the 2 nearby beaches as well as the town centre, and the option to hire bikes/quads/cars from the hotel was greatly appreciated.
Honestly for a relaxing holiday that still allowed you to experience the wonders of a Greek island, this is the location for you.

Spent 3 nights here whilst waiting to go to our chosen accommodation that had suffered as a result of the floods a few weeks ago.
Whilst this would not normally be the type of hotel we would have chosen (a little too big for our liking), this was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were clean, bright and well equipped, we had a fantastic view over Koukounaris beach and the bay.
The staff were friendly, helpful and always cheery.
Breakfast was well laid out with chance to sit in or out on the terrace, lots of choice, from fruit and yoghurt, to hot options and the omelette chef was great. Plenty of different breads, jams and croissants or other rolls.
The views from the terrace and round the pool were outstanding.
A word of caution, the mosquitos were horrific, particularly at dusk. This appears to have been more of a problem than normal this year due to the high temperatures back in July, and we wondered if the floods had made them worse. Whatever, we added antihistamines from a local pharmacy, as well as using lots of insect repellent (which wasn’t totally effective!)
Don’t underestimate the number of bites you will get, or how itchy they can be!! Strong antihistamines were essential for 3-4 days at least. Lots of other people were suffering as well as us!

Despite reading a lot of negative reviews about this hotel, it has proven to be excellent and all the staff have been exceptional. The views from our room, with sun terrace, were beautiful. Nothing to complain about at breakfast either, substantial and plentiful, adequate choices, except for the picky who expect it to be like British hotels. Not expensive, pool bar very good value, and grounds are well kept and look lovely. Very clean pool, very clean everywhere. Some rooms may be a bit tired but they are certainly doing their best to keep it nice. I would certainly stay again.
