Can't wait to come back!! Carlos (pool concierge) is amazing!!
Spa was amazing, especially Miguel and Guadalupe! Thank you for a great experience!
Our favorite bartender from our first night at Pure Bar is Adalberto!! We have followed him to the sport bar and haven't left him!! We can't wait to come back in October and see all the wonderful staff again!! We really enjoyed this resort and everything it offered!

The people truly make this resort!
Antonio from Algeria spa is so friendly and helpful. We always looked forward to seeing him!
Ivan and the welcome staff/bell boys always have such big smiles and are willing to help in any way.
Lindy in the grill restaurant was incredible. She went out of her way to track down soy milk on the resort when I hadn’t been able to find it anywhere.
Bartenders (especially Abner) are kind and make delicious drinks.
Rosa was a wonderful maid. We truly enjoyed our stay!
Shred Shop Wellness Complex
We just returned from 7 days in paradise.
The service was wonderful- our room was newly renovated with new floors, upgraded toilet, shower and room amenities.
The resort is secluded within a local gated community. We were minutes away from dolphins, a golf course, local shops and restaurants.
This resort had plenty of restaurants and snack stops- not all required a reservation which was great for our “go with the flow” days.
The beach is somewhat enclosed and filled with tropical fish for on site snorkeling and safely floating on inflatables without the worry of floating too far from shore.
We had the perfect balance of all inclusive resort /a local Mexican experience!
We would recommend this hotel and location to anyone travelling as adults or with children.
We felt safe leaving the resort for our excursions and when renting golf carts to tour around the gated community.
The staff was beyond accommodating and friendly.
This was our favourite Mexico trip yet!
Thank you Catalonia for hosting us.

Please don’t advertise yourselves as a 4 star hotel. Barely a three star one, and only because it is all inclusive. Highlights: food at the restaurants- that’s if you book it by 8:02 am. After that time you will end up eating the same food every day at the buffet or a burger place. Food is the same at the buffet every single day. I’ve stayed at many other resorts and they try to change it daily, have themed food nights. This resort doesn’t care, any Chinese buffet in USA will provide better service and food. Takes forever for someone to come in and bring you coffee.
Absolutely no pool side service. Get provided . At least your bar will be clean and won’t smell like urine. Poolside bars stink like bathrooms.
Crapery place is nice, at least decent coffee. Wish there was a specific coffee place at this resort. Missed a good coffee and had to go into town to get some.
Entertainers are trying their best. Not a bad show in the evenings, but not always kid friendly and start times are too late, past bed time for most kids. Rooms are outdated and old. I’d compare this to a motel 8 chain that has not bee updated. Shower doesn’t properly work. Overall solid 3 stars. Lots of improvement needed to rank higher, no wonder you are one of the cheapest all inclusive in the are. You get what pay for for sure! No open beach access, you won’t be able to enjoy beach walks. Fishes are friendly in the lagoona, so bring your snorkeling mask for sure!

My husband and I stayed here for 7 days and have really enjoyed our trip. Victor from guest services was quick to help and Pepe and Mikey made volleyball a blast.
We enjoy seafood and healthy food which all the restaurants provided great options.
The snorkelling was really cool - we saw multiple types of tropical fish and barracuda. The beach is rocky so water shoes are definitely needed. You will have to go early to the beach to get a good spot.
The location is a 5 minutes away from the marine in the area and we were able to see dolphins, manatees, and even a wild stingray.
Had lots of fun!
