SO BAD
Really bad stay and customer service.
We firstly contacted for an early check in as our flight got in at 9:30, but no reply. We went there and the receptionist said that they would call earlier when the room was ready around 1pm, rather than 2pm, but no-one called. Myself and three other friends booked this apartment for a friends hen do, however when we got there they said that our rooms were mixed up and that we would be separated into two different rooms. At first, we were annoyed as we were very much looking forward to being together and then the receptionist said that the apartments were next to eachother but they weren’t. There was a room between us.
From then on, on the first day we came back from the pool and both showers were cold. We went down the reception and they did not attend to this, they just said we need to turn the boiler on which was not mentioned when we checked in. We didn’t know how to turn it on, so we researched how to and then it didn’t work and we all waited 10-15 minutes but still nothing so we had cold showers. After that, my friend was drying her hair with the room hair dryer and the fuse went and exploded. We mentioned it to the man at the reception, he said someone would come and fix it but no-one did. So we all shared the one hairdryer and avoided using the socket in the bathroom where the fuse went as it was unsafe.
Whilst we complained about the hairdryer, we asked for a later check out the next day due to our flight being at 8:20pm. The receptionist was dismissive and said come back tomorrow morning and ask again, and the likelihood it would be fine as latest check out is at 12pm, this was also wrong. I went down in the morning and asked for a later check out for both rooms and he said that we would need to get out at 11 of one of the rooms, bearing in mind it was 10:30. In addition to this, he said there was a charge of €30, which was not mentioned yesterday, and that we could check out at 5pm from the other room. Therefore, we had to rush and move all our stuff from one room to another, only to go down and tell us it was the wrong room and he had made a mistake. This was ridiculous as we then had to move our stuff AGAIN. I had told them that I was in meetings all day and this was very disruptive. The manager came out and did not even seem bothered by our satisfaction, they just said to move out the room. They admitted the mistake, and didnt have to pay the €30, but they never apologised.
I would not recommended this place to anyone as we are all people who never complain and are normally easy going people, however this holiday we could not not complain as so many things went wrong.

We were at the Vista Club during the low season, only 4 other apartments were occupied. It was perfect for us, very quiet. Loved the view off the balcony, which got sun later morning. The apartment was a good size, although the kitchen is a bit tight but has everything you need. The apartment is set on the top of the hill, with steps that lead conveniently to a grocery store and pharmacy. If you are not used to “hiking” up stairs, it may be difficult for some who would prefer to drive. We were there for two weeks, extra sheets and towels provided. We did laundry in the sink and a drying rack was provided. Beds are comfortable. Priced right! Thank you!

This is a lovely place to stay. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. They let us change our room to a top floor one when we asked. The view from our room on the top floor of tower 1 was spectacular. The pool area and cafe/bar is clean, well maintained and has a lifeguard. Lots of sun beds and places to sit comfortably in sun or shade. The apartment was comfortable and spacious with a good kitchenette and dining table and 2 large sofas. The balcony was great, sunny, spacious and fantastic views of the bay. The location is good, don't be put off by reviews mentioning the steps of doom, these are handy if you are physically able but easily avoided if you prefer a 10 minute walk to the square. The hotel also provide a complimentary shuttle bus to the beach. Cabs are quick and reasonably priced. There are lifts and free parking on the street outside the hotel. This is a great place to stay and very good value. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great stay Vista Club!😁

It is one of my favourite parts of Spain to come, so always like staying in different places, the room we had wasn't the best and the aircon was constantly broke gave up in the end getting them to fix it, pool was great an staff were okay. If you aren't good with hills or inclines, I wouldn't recommend this place as it's on a big hill, and the walk-up is quite steep but beautiful views at the top,You can walk to pretty much everything as well.

My parents and I have been staying in the hotel for 10 days and it was a great experience for us!
1) It was a spacious apartment for 3 adults to feel comfortable living together
2) The kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle etc. We cooked breakfasts on our own
3) The balcony with a peaceful view to the sea
4) The swimming pools are clean and comfortable. You can order drinks and snacks to enjoy while sunbathing
5) The beach, restaurants and the supermarket Eroski is 4-5 mins from the hotel
6) Wi-Fi was good, I was working from the apartment with no problems
7) it’s around half an hour by bus to get to Palma and 1.20 by bus to get to the airport
8) There are lots of stairs, that’s true. But for us it took 2 days to get used to them 😄 So it was fine
I highly recommend Vista Club, it’s a great value for money!
